We had an amazing breakfast. I had the chorizo skillet and another chorizo breakfast dish. Both was amazing! The menu was huge!!! Coffee cups were too small for this coffee drinker lol… Atmosphere was ok, looks like a lil TLC is needed. Staff was nice. The lil boy clearing table’s was sweet. Hope he’s tipped well lol. Good life lessons.

We got seated right away, and our food came out in no time.
We ordered mozzarella sticks, biscuits and gravy, and two breakfast burritos.
The mozz sticks were hot and crispy, and those burritos? Amazing – the green chili sauce is a must-try!
The only letdown was the biscuits and gravy; they were just okay.
However, our server was on point!

Great little friendly place in Cortez! Be careful to read the add-ons in the menu specifically for the burritos and such since they can be up to another $4 just for rice, beans, and a sauce. They do have a massive fajita burrito that would be a sweet challenge for someone! The rice was a little hard still, I don’t know if this is common for them or not.
