This is hands down the weirdest fast food place I have been to. Customer service was okay, but the “play place”…… The “play place” .
I genuinely cannot believe someone was paid to build this, it is as if someone said, we want to technically have an area, with nothing actually there. As others have said, I didn’t think it was open until I walked in, food was bland. People were doing their best, but I don’t blame them for not trying harder if i had to work here either.

First time here at this location and despite other restaurants closing their doors to customers, this location has not given up.
This morning on my visit found one counter person doing drive up as well and doing a great job.
The restaurant has a nice open layout where you can look through not only the customer area but the kitchen also.
These days I try to give a balanced review and give not just the bad parts but also try to be fair and outline the good parts.
Coming in I always wash my hands and one thing I noticed was the restroom doors; the women’s restroom has a handle to pull but the men’s unfortunately has no handle and you can push. We know when we go to wash our hands it’s nice that some places have modernized and you don’t have to touch anything, but not here, you have to touch it all and after you clean your hands now you have to grab the door handle that someone who doesn’t wash their hands have touched.
Lastly I ordered my food and thanks to the exceptional counter person manning two positions I got my order hot and fresh.
We are lucky that we have many choices for lunch near here and more coming. You can definitely be secure that your choice to eat here is a good one.

Sat in line for 20+ minutes at the drive thru a large part of which was at the speaker waiting for the person to talk to me so I could even place an order. Proceeded to find hair in food and the drink I got with no ice was room temperature. Garbage location

Rude uneducated !!! Ordered a sandwich with no mayonnaise and a coke…. Got home it looked like it had been dipped in mayonnaise and the coke was tea….so-called manager Deveria was so rude.. told me it’s not mayonnaise, it’s royal sauce…. I smiled n said what is royal sauce made with? She said mayonnaise,,,,,,,,I told her this is smothered in a mayonnaise sauce… I can’t eat this can I please just get one without …. She rolled her eyes n started talking junk while I was standing there handed me the sandwich n I sails also can I please have a coke, that’s what I ordered but this is tea ….. she said drink machine over there fix it yourself and got angry bc I asked for a clean cup….. get home to burger plain with cheese n a drop of mustard no onions or peppers which is the point of ordering a Philly melt and couldn’t even drink the coke bc they hadn’t changed the machines……TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Very courteous and professional staff. Clean, well-run. The lady ahead of us in line was rude and demanding and particular but the staff bent over backward to meet her demands and make her happy out of respect for her age. Could not more highly recommend this place, good on y’all!

So I went through the drive thru i ordered my double whopper plain with cheese, large coke and large fries but when I was handed my bag of food there was only the burger in that bag which was fixed and I got my fries but when I got home and opened by Burger it wasn’t plain and and it didn’t even have cheese and also I was missing a whole burger patty so I was only given a whopper even though I ordered a double

I ordered a double cheeseburger with no pickle and a sweet tea. When i got to work, opened my burger and what do you see? Freaking pickles and the tea was just brown water..no kind of sugar. First time going to them and it maybe the last time too. You cant get a simple order right?? Geezz Louise
