Great choice tonight. First the place is extremely clean inside, the service was excellent and the food fresh and yummy. The pupusas are huge and we couldn’t even finish everything we ordered. Loved the cream warm beans and cheese they brought out to dip chips in. Will definitely be coming back.

My mom is Salvadoran, so we were excited to have a Salvadoran restaurant in town. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the popusas, especially the chicharrón one. I did love the freshly made agua de jaimaica. We decided to give it another shot, to see maybe since they are barely opening… they are trying to figure things out. So we went again with my parents. They said it was ok. My mom was disappointed with her popusa as well. I decided to try the pastelito plate. They were better than the popusas. The only thing was the casamiento rice(rice mix with beans) was very salty. The Service lacks for sure at night time, both times we come. They do serve chips and bean dip. Chips can be better, but from the looks of it, they are homemade thick tortilla chips. So they are super crispy and hard. Which we honestly don’t like they are super thick! They also sell sweet bread. Kiddos like it. It’s not made there… they buy it. I honestly forgot from where.

If you have never had this kind of food before, you are missing out. Very authentic ✨️ ☺️ ❤️. Do wish it had some spice, I wanted it to be spicy. I am happy we have new place here in Taylor. Just a heads-up they do change for water. $2.00 so might as well get a softdrink.

I was in town visiting and was walking downtown when I found this place. I ordered 4 pupusas to go (1- cheese, 1- bean and cheese, 1- revuelta, 1- loroco and cheese) and a tamarind drink.

We ordered the fried plantains, pupusas, and carne asada. Everything was flavorful and made fresh to order.

I love Salvadoran food. And while I’ve had better pupusas these were good! The real star of this menu is the entrees though anyway. I had the pollo guisado a cheese and squash pupusa, and a lot of some of the best frijoles I’ve had in a long time. Service was.on point especially for a Sunday night in TTX. Great food all around. Great to have a few more tasty options in Taylor.

Another win for Taylor’s growing culinary scene! A friend and I ate here yesterday. We had the yucca and some pupusas. And I had the pollo guisado and she had the beef empanadas. All of it was so delicious! Our waitress was super sweet with helpful suggestions on things to try. I will absolutely be a frequent customer.

Pupusas were DELICIOUS! The margarita pupusas were my favorite Husband had the Carne Asada plate and though the steak was cooked a little more done than his liking, the flavors were perfect. Excellent service. Space feels like they were still growing into it. Can’t wait to visit again and see what they do with it.

We had papusas for takeout and they were delicious. Nice and fluffy and just bomb. Super glad there’s an El Salvadoran kitchen in Taylor now. The owners are super nice and welcoming. Also the papusas are huge, A+
