5 stars if you stay on the beaten path this… this nub – the twice baked hash brown… no. Never again , but bagels and sandwiches… YES!! Soft, warm, flavorful and delicious!

Total disappointment. Typical rush job; just to bang the product on customer face. I ordered on-site and when get home the bagels were mixed with someone’s else order. Why do you have to show off your fast working when you couldn’t maintain the efficiency. People come to enjoy food of their choice (in scope of your menu list) and you can’t even meet a simple expectation just because you’re blinded by so called fast work culture. Focus on the quality, the world is not going to end in extra 5 mins to ensure the orders are correctly packaged for the customer.

I was having a good morning until this older employee asked if it was okay if I waited for the bagels to be sliced, like it was a hassle. Sure. No issues there but why would I not wait for the food that I ordered. It was not even busy. Out of the blue she calls me Mr. Kim. I said No. I’m of Asian descent. Then she went on rambling about something under her breath. The printer ran out of receipt paper so she went to get it from the other register and then waves it at me to pick it up there. Too lazy to walk back to the register she says “baby” here’s your receipt. Then she walks back to the register where I was waiting to help another customer. I don’t see how such an establishment can employ such a racist person.

I don’t know how this place stays in business – has to be because it’s the only bagel place within 5 miles. Service is slow, the entire ordering process is dysfunctional, and the restaurant is so dirty.

Love the food and the coffee but sad that you can’t add gift cards to the app, therefore you have to actually go in or go through the drive through and wait for you food in real time instead of ordering ahead.

I was skeptical because of the other reviews but still visited on Tuesday morning and was pleasantly surprised. The service was prompt and kind. The price was reasonable and the flavor was spot on. Only unfortunate thing was that the dining room was still disabled although restrictions were lifted over 6 months ago. Other than that, it’s recommended

Food is great! But the lines move so slow!! Every time I come, we wait in drive through for over 15 minutes. Definitely a place to order inside instead of drive thru. I see people go in and come out within 5-10 minutes.

I tend to come here every weekend, but for the last two months on Sunday’s this place is literally hell on earth! They are always out of almost every single bagel by 9am (see pic). Due to my own stupidity, I’ve gone back four straight Sundays in a row, and each time has been worse than the next. I’ve waited for over an hour in the store for an online order I placed 30 minutes before I got there. The last two times I’ve gone, there were over 10 people waiting for online orders who had been waiting for almost an hour. Every time I walk into this place now, there’s at least 2 people in a heated exchange with the manager due to ridiculous wait times, or totally wrong orders. This place has fallen off a cliff, and I won’t be returning. If you’re reading this, just go to Bagel Bin in the Enchanted Forest Shopping Center, and save yourself a massive headache.

Way too slow. Took 30 minutes to get food after I ordered. Sunday morning is bad time to go. Wish the counter person told me up front they are backed up and could take long. That would be a nice practice. Then people have a choice to leave before they order or pay. Once you pay your committed to wait and wait and wait….

I was skeptical about going here in the beginning, the color schema is not appetizing and i always grab a snack with my coffee. But after my first visit I am hooked.. great coffee and amazingly crafted artisan bagels. Still not sure what my menu snack is but there are thousands of combinations and I am happy to go through them all till I find my fit. Def recommend
