I had a wonderful experience at this location. Sarah was incredibly kind and went above and beyond by taking my order over the phone after I struggled with the app. Despite the large crowd, my order was ready quickly. It is so nice to see the dining area open again! A huge shout-out to Sarah, Alex, and the entire team for providing delicious bagels and top-tier service even when it’s busy.

I was informed that an employee who always made sure my order was correct and made in a timely manner has left and I was honestly very sad to hear that. I can’t remember her name but I am sure that it started with a K. She was always attentive and you could tell she genuinely cared about the work she did. Employees like her are rare and she will be missed, this place is missing the touch that she had when she worked.

First of all they have the best lox on an everything bagel with capers, onion and tomato. Secondly, the girl Kelie, was second to none on keeping the dining area top notch. She was constantly organizing, refilling and topping off and greeting like an experienced professional. My hat off to her. Left, felling relaxed, full and happy. Best place to start a Saturday.

Einstein is a great place for a breakfast bagel sandwich. We love the farmhouse bagel sandwich and the new country sausage sandwich. Ordering online is easy. They have in store or drive thru pick up.

I stopped by Einstein Bros Bagels in Silver Spring this morning, and I’m so glad I did. It was early The bagels were fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious.The wonderful ladies at the counter were super friendly and polite — they made me feel welcome right away. Since it was my first time, they helped me pick out an excellent breakfast bagel sandwich (I believe it was on the three-cheese bagel), and it was spot on. I wish I took the picture but obviously never had a chance lol
I recently moved to the neighborhood for work, and I can already tell this place will be one of my go-to breakfast spots. Definitely a hidden gem — I’ll be back soon just for the service alone, and next time I’m bringing my colleagues!

Solid bagel place, I’ve been here many times.
It’s not the cheapest option, a bit over 20 bucks for a dozen bagels + 2 tubs of schmear.
The hostess for the drive thru was having issues with her headset, which was noteworthy – an upgrade for that system might be in order…

I want to say thank you to everyone that worked today around the 740am shift I had good customer service. I did have to go in rather than drive thru because I had an error on my meal yesterday and upon calling in advance the supervisor Alex rectified the situation. The team members that I interacted with and that assisted me deserves all the praise. Thank you again as customer service in food establishments can be very mediocre.
Please on my behalf praise everyone on the team or do something nice for them!

Workers are not willing to assist and loves to make fun of customer w/ other employees. They think they are boss and loves to ignore customers w/ attitude. They need to learn how to treat customers w/o attitude. They are so unprofessinal and rude. I read other people’s reviews and I am not only who felt bad experience from workers. It is very rude to talk about customers in front of customers. Mostly one black woman w/ black long hair, wore black shirt, black pant and works at make coffee drinks near pick up area. She needs to learn how to respect other people. No one talks about customer in front of customer. She is very unprofessional for her job.

This is the worst… the worst. The employees are LAZY. They don’t want to work, complain if anything is custom and make fun of customers. Fortunately I’m in this area often and will tell everyone I know to avoid this place. Hopefully it will be gone in a year. There only saving grace would be to fire everyone and hope that new reviews are positive. This is a perfect example of where staff can literally destroy a business. I’ve said my peace, now it’s time to spread the word.
UPDATE: Well… received the canned response like other poor reviews got (as expected) along with a few new fake “feeling the love” reviews, probably from relatives of the staff. After what I saw and after reading the “5 star” reviews it’s obvious this establishment only caters to some clientele and makes fun of others. Thanks owner but I’m not filling out your form, to get something free from a place that I encourage everyone to avoid. Based on others reviews, this has been going on for months and nothing has changed, so I’ll continue to spread the word.
