Outstanding spot with a breathtaking lake view! We savored a mouthwatering chicken sandwich, perfectly complemented by fresh veggies and a pickle, alongside crispy tater tots. The pizza, packed with pepperoni, sausage, and extra cheese, was bursting with flavor, while the steak fajita wrap (absolutely phenomenal!) with chips offered a hearty delight. The salmon salad was a fresh and exquisite treat, and the chips trio appetizer—featuring nachos with zesty salsa and creamy guacamole—set the perfect tone. The signature cocktail mule and the refreshing Miami Vice in the bucket mug added a delightful twist. We had a great time at the Bent Prop Pub! We ordered a bunch of different appetizers and cocktails, and everything came out great, and quickly. It has great views of the lake, and it wasn’t too busy at the time – 4:30pm on a weekday. Highly recommend, we will be back!

I dined at Bent Prop today and wanted to share my experience. While the overall meal was okay, there were a few aspects that left me disappointed.
One particular issue that bothered me was their substitution policy. The Filet Mignon came with mashed potatoes and vegetables, but I preferred having fries and a side caesar salad instead. I was expecting there to be an up-charge for the side salad as is usual with most restaurants. When I got the bill, I was surprised to find out that they charged me the full price of the fries and salad as if I were ordering additional sides. It seems unfair, as I was simply substituting a side dish for another. Mashed potatoes for a different form of potato… I believe it would have been more reasonable for them to charge a fee for the salad and substitute the potatoes at no additional cost.
The prices aren’t cheap to begin with. Spent $65 on two people with no alcohol.
The food was just okay, definitely not worth the price. Nothing to write home about. Not bad but not good. Mediocre at best. The pizza was extremely greasy.
I included photos of our dishes (along with some friends’ dishes) and our receipt.
Although the water view was nice, I won’t be returning.

Stopped in for dinner for the first time and the waitresses were super attentive!! Speedy service, great drinks and a yummy fish dinner with a beautiful view. Def would come back if I was in the area!

First timer!! So many options that looked good! I got shrimp tacos and my husband ordered the lobster wrap. Pretzel bites for an appetizer. The food was so good!!! Server was fantastic! Great atmosphere on the water. Will definitely come back!

Coldwater could use more flavor and customer service like they’ve got at the Bent Prop. We rarely make it out there, but have declared it far superior to our other regular spots in branch county. The food was ALL delicious, the pretzel was the size of my face and actually came with beer cheese instead of nacho cheese. The staff checked in on us frequently and always with a smile. There were lots of staff buzzing around interacting with their tables. And the people there all seemed very happy to be there. It’s just a great ambiance to be around cheerful people and great food with a beautiful lake view right next to you, and especially when they have a live band playing! 10/10 recommend the Bent Prop! We will be back very soon!

We went Sunday evening and had a delightful dinner on the beautiful screened in deck. Great atmosphere and service. Social distancing was adhered to while we were there and our food was very good. We had the fish.

Went for dinner tonight to try their new menu. I had the “Chef Salad” with grilled chicken. Let me tell you, if you’re looking for a unique, refreshing salad, look no further! The pineapple and mango were so good and the dressing was spot on! I often crave a good salad and will come back often for this one! My daughter had the Mojito Lime Chicken Wrap and said it was delicious also!They have a ton of new menu items so go check them out!

We Placed carry out order tonight. The wait staff Told us 40-45 minutes, but it ended up being an hour and 40 but somehow still got to us cold. On top of that costs over $50 for 3 dive bar grade appetizers. Not sure how this place is still in business
