Cazmira took my order through the drive-thru and that was the beginning of the most pleasant ordering experience I’ve ever had at Dunkin’ Donuts. Not only did they have EVERYTHING I ordered in stock, which typically doesn’t happen at other locations, but it was served efficiently and politely. As I paid at the window, the team behind the scenes perfectly executed my order handing things off to Cazmira who relayed them to me with a smile. Smiling is important. I don’t see enough of it in this stress filled world. Probably took less than 2 mins from the time of order to completion. Gotta be some sorta new record, considering I ordered a toasted bagel with butter. My kid is finishing his second donut as I type this. His favorite is the strawberry frosted. 5 stars and a round of applause to this staff for kicking my week off right. I know it’s just a coffee, but it’s the little things that matter. ☕️

I feel old saying “the young man”, but its the best description, was a breath of fresh air to this DD. He served with a smile, seemed up beat, wasnt preoccupied by his phone or deep in conversation with peers behind the counter. Great experience. 530pm Sunday.

I just went to Order my drink and there was no one behind me in line inside and I was talking to the Dunkin employee and then the manager came over and said move along and stop talking. So I said back to him you need to learn how to speak to people and that’s not it. He said we have a business to run and it’s not for you talking. I reported him to corporate I can’t believe how disrespectful this manager is. No one should be treated like this ever.

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve visited. I actually feel bad for the staff because something is obviously very wrong at the management level. You can only order in drive thru, and you should expect to spend at least 20 minutes in line (I was there for 30). The worst part is, once you’re in line you’re stuck–the only way to leave is thru the drive thru because the outside exit lane is too narrow to pass the dumpster. (To me this is a safety issue.)

On June 21st at 4:30pm I received Horrible customer service at this location they locked the door early for no reason. I stood outside waiting to get inside to place my order and no one opened the door and when I looked inside to let the employee the white gentleman with a ponytail know he gave me the finger to wait, but never opened the door and I noticed someone inside watching the whole time. Bad business at this location.

I love donuts but however I am seeking someone who can make donuts fresh. All the stores these days are having donuts delivered from a central bank center and it is failing a entire chain of stores due to the product is not fresh soft and moist to the customer. Everyone knows what fresh bread tastes like, there’s no exception to this and it needs to be corrected.

Tarzan loves his pup cups & I love my strawberry dragonfruit refresher made with green tea & light ice! We always stop by when we r visiting and the staff never hesitates to give Tarzan a pup cup! Got to watch out turning into the parking lot. Right turn, right turn, blind bump out and scrape on right turn in front of the building as 90 or more people also bottomed out there reading all the scrape marks on the beveled curb.
