They apparently just changed the app been a loyalty member since 2019 and all my points are gone. The app is a mess!! When I try and track order it say “order not associated with this account” so I have an email confirmation and no way to track the pizza !!!! Very disappointed !! And no one is answering the phone at the Plant City Florida store ………whats going on with you guys ?

Absolutely the worst pizza we have ever gotten. We had never been here before. The pizza dough was dry and hard like it had been sitting for a while. The ingredients didn’t have much flavor at all. We ate 1/2 slice each and threw the rest out. What a waste of money. Frozen pizza is better than this. We will definitely stick to Nicks for now on.
