I appreciate the people here. I personally witnessed the Manager (A military vet), calmly de-escalate a situation. The drive thru was VERY long, so I decided to park and walk in. The manager was managing drive-thru orders and in-store orders. A drive-thru customer was apparently upset at the wait. He listened and calmly stated, “I have 5 employees here, we are doing the best we can. You can definitely try another Starbucks if you’d like.” The team WAS doing their best.
