AM lady who works the drive through is extremely rude. She was visibly annoyed when I asked my total and she refused to tell me. And said “just give me 6 dollars and I’ll let you know how much it is when I’m done”.Excuse me???? The total was actually $4 and some change I believe. Who knows, I never got my receipt. I’ve never had someone be so rude unprovoked.

This Dunkin has declined and continues to do so. I go here because it’s legit at the end of our street but nothing ever tastes good anymore. The coffee is burnt regularly or made incorrectly. I order my sandwiches toasted twice because if I don’t my cheese is still cold! Today I got a strawberry frosted donut with sprinkles and the donut was only half frosted with maybe a total of 10 sprinkles! Highly disappointed and would recommend going to the Dunkin location in Neptune near Wawa instead!!

The lady who does the am shift is horrible. She takes forever to respond on the drive-thru intercom. Then when she takes my card she then holds on to it and proceed to talk to other people while I’m there waiting. This is the 4th week she does that. This is usually around 5 am when I’m there.

This DD is fairly new. I have to say the staff there is always so happy, in a good mood and very pleasant (even when your order may be difficult). They always accommodate and most importantly the one time they made a mistake they fixed it so quickly for me. I hope the atmosphere stays that way. I really enjoy going there really quick before work.

I had mistakenly gone to the one on 33/35 and they screwed up my coffee. I was staring at a 3 hour drive and was looking forward to a specific mix of flavors in my iced coffee. I took one sip of what I was provided and immediately looked up and saw this Dunkin. I went inside – which was immaculate – the friendly staff added what the last place left out for no charge. The other customers were super friendly and guessed that I had come from the other one. Should have gone here in the first place. My new joint here on.
