Freshest fast food I’ve gotten in a long time. Asked for extra pickles and onions and my burger came loaded with them. Other McDonald’s only give you one extra pickle when you ask. Very friendly people and fast friendly service.

In the last 4 days we have been there twice – at the beginning and end of a road trip from Canada. The first time there, they forgot to give us my husband’s drink with his meal. Went for a coffee at drive thru. Waited for 10 minutes “out front” as instructed. Watched 3 people walk in and get a coffee and walk out. Waited 10 minutes in line in the store to find out they wanted me to block the driveway to get a coffee that still took another 5 minutes to get. It was still not made properly. Didnt think 2 cream 2 sugar was a difficult order, but it seems this is beyond the staff.

This is the best McDonalds experience I’ve ever had and I wish all other McDonald’s locations would replicate what this particular McDonald’s offers their customers. I stopped by here twice for breakfast (on two different days this week) during a 5 hour trip. I don’t live anywhere near Houlton, Maine. But I just want to say how polite the staff are here, and how promptly they serve customers. The employees here act like they take pride in what they do. And it’s also a great experience when staff don’t act like you’re inconveniencing them when you need to ask them questions.
