At 4pm they were out of nuggets on a Tuesday. Paid over $11 for a regular chicken sandwich meal (which was pictured with pickles, but was told it comes plain and anything else must be requested). It is the smallest chicken sandwich ever. Might as well be a slider. I do not recommend this location.

I had a really big order due to my coworkers loving chick fil a as much as i do. I was nervous since it was a lot and could be very stressful. however the staff was amazing and so nice and helpful. the order was correct and everyone was very happy and impressed! just had to take a second to brag on the chick fil a workers thank you!!!

I like our chick-fil-a. The food is good. Theirs workers in there always making sure it stays clean. And other workers always walking around checking on you. That’s two things you very rarely see in a fast food restraunt. But it can be hard sometimes to find a good place to park.

I have lived in Magnolia for four years and this location has always fallen short of my expectations in food quality and service. Today, I went to order a few chick sandwiches with no pickles. She said that they can’t take them off and were unwilling to make fresh sandwiches. I said “alright, thanks” before leaving. The worker immediately started talking about me with her co-workers. This is one of many examples of a lack of professionalism and lack of care towards food quality at this location. Why would I pay $4 for a sandwich that I don’t want?

Great food (as with any Chick-fil-A, in my opinion)! With it being located inside of SAU campus it makes it a little more difficult to get to because of parking. It is also only a Chick-fil-A Express so it doesn’t have the full menu either. During certain times of the day it can get pretty busy (when students get out of class for lunch). All in all, it is worth it for the food but it would do so much better if it was a standalone building, full on Chick-fil-A.

Consistently great service and food we expect from Chick-fil-A. Wish they accepted gift cards at this location. Bought several to give as gifts for SAU students but they can’t use them at campus location.
