Went to drive through on Sun Aug 20 at1:20 PM; one person had people in front waited 6 min for one coffee . My turn and I heard “welcome to Dunkin’ Donuts..static …I said could I please have a small regular. She aggressively answered , ” I told you to wait!”” I was flabbergasted that an employee would speak to a customer that way. I said , “I didn’t hear you , but , never mind I’ll do my business elsewhere.” When I pulled past the window I said I should speak to your manager and she said, ” go ahead I don’t care.” I wasn’t going to be a Karen over a coffee.

Had app trouble, and they couldn’t help through a manual override. Spent 1/3 hour there trying to make it work, and you’d think they’d be empowered to take care of the customer by then…. Otherwise, typical Dunkin’ w/tasty, though unhealthful, food and drinks. I would have liked to see a greater doughnut selection, though, such as chocolate cream filled (really a frosting) powdered doughnuts. It would be nice if they’d go green, too (solar panels, recyclable cups with a recycle bin, etc.).

So I came through the drive thru to get a latte with Carmel. I take a sip and no Carmel so I went back and went inside this time and the same lady that made it for me asks what I need and I tell her I need Carmel please, she rudely told me I would have to wait and walked away. Why ask what I need if you are not going to serve me? The older woman came over a few minutes later when she was done making food and had no issue with adding Carmel to my latte, she was very nice and helpful

Very courteous and helpful despite the long lines. The drive thru is currently closed and the entire establishment will be closed for the next one to two weeks for parking lot construction. It was nice of the manager to make us a Dunkacino upon request, despite it being discontinued. #bringtheCinoBack!

Drive thru is slow. Coffee is never mixed properly. I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for 3 minutes now and no one has said anything. People are inside with cars in the lot. I hate this place and I hate the fact its the only one in town. Still can’t get anything right. I wouldn’t hire these people to dig a hole.
