10 people in line. Only 2 employees during lunch rush hour. Gal was chewing gum over make station WITH HER MOUTH OPEN & she had on NAIL POLISH. Both are against WI food code & extremely unsanitary!!! Big guy toasted my sub & burned it! Then I’m filling my soda, & I see him delete the guys order that was after us, & put the cash in his pocket! Signs in window are taped up with black electrical tape! Dining room filthy! Disgusting experience! My dogs wouldn’t even eat my burned black sub bun!

FANTASTIC experience here this morning! The Hispanic gentleman behind the counter was working all by himself, but he was extremely friendly and efficient. I had a large order, but he handled it all with grace and humor. The food was all fresh and well stocked. I will definitely return!

Shannon usually works at a different location, but I am so glad she was helping out here today! She was the kindest, most personable “fast food” associate I’ve ever come across. She greeted everyone with a big smile and was so positive. My boyfriend and I decided to eat in the restaurant and I’m glad we did because we were able to hear her say to someone “I like to make people smile because you just never know what someone is going to through”. She’s just so sweet and made our day!

We are in a pandemic with a mask mandate in place. I walked into the store, and after waiting for a minute, was greeted by a short Hispanic man without gloves or a mask. He put gloves on, and then I asked where his mask was. He LAUGHED at me. I told him there was a mask mandate and it is the law to wear a mask. He laughed again and told me we’re all going to get sick anyway. I told him he is going to get other people sick. He continued laughing and left.

Edwin is the reason i come to this location. It’s not the food it’s Edwin. He always takes care of me and makes me feel like I’m walking into his home. Hes an extremely valuable employee and i hope he gets paid well for being one
