Five star service, food and ambiance. I went there for my Birthday dinner and the staff went out of the way to make my night special. I had the filet and it was cooked to perfection, seasoned and melt in your mouth tender. The collards were a hit as well. My family equally enjoyed their meals. We’ll definitely be back. We had a tremendous experience at Posana celebrating our anniversary! Our waitress, Lexi, was outstanding and went above and beyond to take care of us. The food was incredible! Having a fully gluten-free menu for my wife was nothing short of fabulous. We both left wishing we lived closer to visit again soon. We can’t wait to come back!

The decor was a true work of art! The wine cellar was incorporated with the design of the dining room. Absolutely beautiful with several hundred wine listings.
Everything from the professional and knowledgeable staff, to the cocktail list, wine list and of course the food was absolutely wonderful! Chef came out multiple times to describe his dishes.
The entire menu is gluten-free! I don’t practice a gluten-free diet so I asked if they could add gluten! Lol
I wish I could pick out a favor to recommend, but I can honestly say everything was excellent! Very well done, Posana!!

We hosted a surprise birthday party here for a friend & the staff went well above & beyond any expectation. The manager & the waitstaff, both, phenomenal. I can’t remember our waitresses name, (I am AWFUL with names,) but she was wonderful. It’s sometimes hard to pull off a surprise in a restaurant, but they made it so easy & were so accommodating.
We had zero issues with a table full of food & drinks. If you’ve made it this far into my review, make the reservation.

Beautiful new restaurant. Great interior design and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The hush puppies are delicious and the gemelli pasta and lobster pasta/gnocchi (not sure which) were both so fantastic. I haven’t had a bad bite there the two times I’ve been, and if you like the downtown location, you’ll like this one in equal measure. It also happens to be a gluten-free paradise, but don’t let that sway you if you eat gluten because it’s just flat out delicious. My gluten eating friends have given it five stars too.

Posana Downtown brunches have always been my favorite, usually they were done twice per year. The new location in Biltmore Park has brunch from 10-3 every weekend!! The new space is gorgeous, the food is fabulous as always, and our server, Michael from Switzerland, was an absolute delight. We will be back again and again. Posana, thank you for taking care of us celiacs, being able to order anything on the menu is such a special treat.

Everything was exceptional — the food, the ambiance, and perhaps most of all, the service! I’ve never had such an attentive server as Miss Josi; she was so jovial and sweet, offering thoughtful recommendations that perfectly suited our needs. From the delicious hush puppy appetizer to the pork belly, the gnocchi, and the perfectly cooked ribeye, it was a flawless experience from start to finish. I was charmed, enthralled, and left musing — what an adventure! I can’t wait to come back. Posana is a true gem, and every Ashevillian should give this spot a stop. 10/10 would recommend.

Three young ladies greeted us as we entered as new guests. They were welcoming and accommodating. We waited approx 20 minutes for a bar spot for 2. As we were lead to our table we could not help notice the very well put together decor which made the atmosphere quite swanky! Bringing to mind a little art deco with a touch of speak easy and high attention to detail!
The drinks and food options were creative, flavorful and remarkable. Niles was an extremely knowledgeable mixologist, along with Crystal and Zack. Being our first visit we had a lot of questions and they were very pleasant and did not disappoint in their interactions. 10/10 will return again… and again. Fabulous establishment!

Our dinner at Posana’s new Biltmore location was absolutely exceptional! Every dish was beautifully executed — from the fresh clam appetizer and silky beef carpaccio to the creative duck tostada and comforting poutine. The lobster gnocchi was rich and decadent, the black cod perfectly cooked, and the pork chop with cassoulet hearty and flavorful. The wine selection was fantastic, and the service was warm, knowledgeable, and perfectly paced. Posana truly delivers a world-class dining experience — we can’t wait to come back!

The food, however, needs some work, to say the least. Our carpaccio arrived still frozen, and the steak came out well done instead of medium. The kitchen also seemed to be struggling with timing, it took about an hour before any dishes reached the table.
While management didn’t hide behind excuses, we overheard that this location just opened, which explains some of the growing pains. With the level of service and care the management showed, I’m confident they’ll get the kitchen running smoothly soon. Once that happens, this place could easily become a great spot.
And finally, the cheesecake was amazing!
