I was just handed my refresher and told it’s probably gonna be nasty (which it was fine but this staff is lacking professionalism) then told it’ll be alittle bit of a wait for my food I said ok only to get to the window and find out they didn’t make my food and aren’t currently serving food because they’re short staffed…. There was clearly more then one person working everyone in line would prefer alittle wait then not getting there food

Such a nice dunkin inside! It used to be very cozy with a fireplace and cozy seats but they changed it either way still very nice inside!

Every time I visit Attleboro massachusetts, I have to get my coffee at this location. They haven’t change, fast and great customer service. The coffee is always good!

The manager just wants to fight with you after spending over 25. When you order a large extra light 5 splenda then and give you a large black. She tells you how they get 800 people a day and dont get complaints and keeps talking louder and louder and becomes argumentative that you just have to hang up and say the hell with it. She didnt want to listen and just say she didnt make the order. Now that im home i dont have cream. i need to go back out. Ill just go to the other dunkin. Its futher away but least they dont hard time you.

Excellent service. The workers are great. Fast and friendly. But the consistency of the the coffee itself, maybe 60% of time it’s good. Avid iced coffee drinker. Lots of times it’s bitter and leaves a horrible aftertaste. Sick of paying for garbage. I think if the iced coffee bags were stirred occasionally or something it would be better. It’s like drinking the bottom of a burnt pot.

My wife and I go here every morning for coffee and it’s made perfectly every time. I will drive out of my way to get coffee from this location because the staff here is amazing and they always get it right. Always smiling and always there when you need them. A++++++
