I was told for the six dollar meal deal that I could not choose to have my sandwich without bacon. Drive-through told me you can’t have it like . I called and spoke to Emy the manager, who then said to me the meal deal comes with bacon, no matter what I said, even though they manually have to put it on she repeated the meal deal comes with bacon. I go to Dunkin every single day and have no problem so I asked her if your Muslim then you’re going to force me to eat bacon on my sandwich and she said if you’re Muslim, you shouldn’t be ordering that sandwich. And hung up the phone in my face. The most unprofessional. And ignorant person I have ever dealt with in customer service. I will never go to Dunkin again. This was the last straw for me.

This Dunkin is overall my favorite. Very rarely do they get my order wrong no matter how large of an order. The one time my order was incorrect they quickly took care of it.

Wish I could give zero stars! Difficult to find a more rude Dunkin’ than this location, as other reviewers have also experienced. Do not go to this Dunkin!
Dunkin’ is encouraging on-the-go orders due to pandemic, but these guys will take orders and money on the app for products they don’t have in stock, and they won’t even refund later. They will ask you to buy something else that you don’t want. The staff asked me to come back next day and meet the manager so he can refund.
I am very frequent Dunkin’ visitor and any other location would promptly refund you if they don’t have the product you ordered in stock. Its that simple! But this location won’t do that, and they will rather give you an extremely rude response. They definitely don’t want our business, and I as consumer would not spend my hard earned money at this location ever again.

This Dunkin is the only one open until 10pm in the US Route 1 corridor!! Jenny and Adrianna are the best servers at the location,besides Alli from the daytime crew!!

Just went here. Asked for an large iced regular. They gave me hot. When I said something they gave me an iced coffee that was mostly creamer with very little coffee. Never going there again!!!!
