It was mostly awful. The Pho is flavorless! All of the Pho Ive ever had was full of flavor and spices. I dont even think it was salted. I called to tell them my Pho was supposed to be rare beef, not well done. She said she put the raw beef in the cup andvpoured boiling water over it. Thats exactly what it tadted like. I was told I can call to get a replacement. I said I’d like it replaced and was hu on. The only good thing out of a large order was the bread for the bahn mi. It was delicious. I wonder if they make it or buy it. The bread and veggies on the sandwich were so good. The meat was mostly fat and gristle. My husband went to pick it up and said the service was terrible too. He was ignored in an empty restaurant for 20 minutes. He kept checking his watch. I’m sad because they’re a family place and they’re so close. I see good reviews for them. I just don’t know.

An amazing spot! Truly one of the best spots I’ve had in awhile the Pho Chin that I had was truly some of the best food I’ve had in my life. I found this place by chance after going all over Rockford looking for good Pho, however this place caught my attention and was definitely worth the drive. I strongly recommend this place as their food is simply too good for you to miss out on. Our waiter was absolutely amazing and took the time to ask how are food was. I cannot wait to see how this establishment will grow.
*I could not stop eating to take a picture, hence the completely empty bowl. I also strongly recommend their pot stickers 🙂

Very delicious food. Service was very good. Lots of options with tofu! Love it! We had the restaurant all to ourselves which I didn’t mind. It’s a new place so I’m sure it will be busier in no time. The elderly gentleman that served us was very nice. It was eerily quiet in there, I suggest the owners play some music. Definitely going back for more

Middle of the afternoon. No one else there. Tasty sweet and sour shrimp. Pad Thai Chicken wasn’t too flavorful but Beef Pho was excellent. Great service, but restrooms needed attention.

Fantastic Pho. The food was amazing, we had crab Rangoon and pot stickers for an appetizer. I hat the tendon Pho and it took me back to my time in southern China. The service was great and including tip it was only about $60 for the two of us. All around great. We will be back!

Excellent stop, would highly recommend the Vietnamese menu, did not try anything off of the Chinese menu. Meat and vegetables were incredibly fresh, owner (I’m assuming) was very friendly and willing to answer any questions. Can’t miss the Vietnamese coffee, I took one to go. We will be back and bringing friends!

I got the vegetable noodle bowl add tofu, and my boyfriend got the vegetarian pho add tofu, both very delicious. The food has amazing flavor, is beautifully presented, and great prices. Staff is very friendly and nice. I highly recommend.

Excellent food and polite staff. Lots of variety on the menu. Good portion sizes and fair prices. We had a great time and will definitely be back.
My boyfriend ordered Pad Thai and the owner came out and recommended the spicy noodle for next time. I ordered V51 off the Vietnamese menu and an iced coffee We both enjoyed fresh and full spring rolls before our meal.
My only complaint is styrofoam takeout containers. I know it’s cheap, but terrible for the environment. The portions are large, so you will def want to take the rest home. I recommend paper or at least plastic containers that people can wash and reuse at home Thanks!!

Hands down best pho I’ve come across in the Midwest! I’ve had lots of pho from coast to coast in the US, and this place is in my top 3 favorite pho spots. Staff was amazing, service was fast, food was top notch, will definitely be returning!
