I will say this is my first time ever having Jersey Mike’s Subs but my bother was an avid spokesperson for them so I had to grab some on our way back home. I had The Original Italian giant mikes way on rosemary parm bread with a medium Mountain Dew the drink tastes great. The sandwich was delicious and I could tell by how the guy wrapped the bag and everything then presented It to me it was gonna be delicious. Hands-down would go again I mean they do put their slogan to good use (A SUB ABOVE). It was pretty rememberable. Everyone in their head smiles. It was a nice cool place. Use the bathroom and it was clean. After everything was said and done it was $21.15 for me and I was in then out next to no wait time on 7/5/24 around 1:20pm

The service was great, I ordered online and then picked up with little wait time, however I ordered a chicken Philly but in a bowl and there was such little food in the bowl for $10 it was sad. My son got the Philly sandwich and he received way more meat so what I’m guessing is I need to order a sandwich and then scrape the meat off!?? Why should I have to do this though. Very disappointed what little bit I did get was delicious on the plus side.

Food was as ordered on time. Worst buffalo chicken sandwich all three each different hot subs where cold . Buffalo chicken had no love in it was soggy and cold. Immediately gave me gas.

The WORST Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to. Service was quick for this type of establishment, but the manager can’t make a steak and cheese to save their life. I’ve been to a lot of sub shops that make the food in front of you. I’ve never had a place wrap my sandwich up and acknowledge me that they make it before I put my toppings on it. Then, when he does, he spays the mayo all over outside, some getting inside, and puts a pinch of lettuce over the sandwich. So that left my lettuce on the outside with the mayo that was smeared all on the sandwich after rewrapping it. I wasted 4 napkins cleaning my steak and cheese before I could eat it, and it was still a sad, sloppy excuse for a sandwich.
2/10, would not recommend.

I’ve eaten at many different Jersey Mike’s along the East Coast. While I am generally happy with my #7 sub, what inspired me to write this review was the exceptional service. Trey took my order while cutting the meats/cheeses for a big order before me. He was so speedy and skilled—it was like watching a master craftsman! The whole team brought care and excellence to what they were doing, a rarity I don’t take for granted. Thank you Manager Trey & Team for making your little part of the universe shine brightly!☀️ ☀️

First Jersey mikes I’ve been to that takes care when there’s an allergy. The man behind the counter changed his gloves, wiped the counter, wiped the meat cutter, wiped prep area. Highly impressed. No allergic reaction!
