Straight up loved this place. #delish affordable appetizers and entrees. Great pad Thai. Peanut curry noodle was fantastic, and the sweet and sour chicken was superb. Pad Thai curry was the best. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area. I will be visiting again in the near future

The ambience and atmosphere is truly tranquil. The panang chicken is truly flavorful. The Thai iced tea is amazing and not overly sugary. The server was quite helpful and friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for its unique food, quiet atmosphere, and cultural experience.

This is one of the best Thai restaurants around. The food is consistently good and the service has been good as well. The peanut curry with chicken is my go to and has not disappointed me so far. The lunch comes with soup and a spring roll. The dinners do not, which is somewhat disappointing. A pro tip is to order a side dish of fried rice with your peanut curry (#17) to soak up the left over peanut curry after you eat all the goodness.

UPDATE (4/1/25):

I have been coming to this Thai restaurant for the past 10 years and will miss it when it closes. I hope they reopen somewhere soon. End of May will be your last opportunity for an unknown time.

We splurged since it might the last time. We stared with the appetizer sampler and it was all delicious. All of it was fresh and delicious. Crispy crab rangoons, moist chicken satay, fresh spring rolls, egg rolls with chicken and some meat rangoon. All complemented with three different sauces with one being a sweet peanut butter sauce. Yum!

The Red Pad Thai is amazing as usual. The fresh topping with the flavors from the noodles and sauce go so well together.

The peanut curry with chicken were flavored with just the right amount of peanut flavor and spice! I substituted the white rice with their fried rice for an additional $3, but it was sooo worth it! Normally it was only an additional $2 but eggs, enough said.

The service was pleasant as usual and never did we need anything.

The place hasn’t changed much over the last 10 years but you don’t have to when your food speaks for itself. The place was good for one to a large group and is always clean

Go give it a try before they are possibly gone forever.

A great thai place in Okemos. I went there for lunch so I got free soup and a spring roll with my order. The soup was amazingly delicious and the spring roll was so crispy that I was craving for more. I had ordered drunken noodles and fried rice and these two dishes were by far the best I’ve had in my life. The service was quick and friendly. Will definitely recommend and come back.

The food was very flavorful! Included the lunch menu in pictures. I would go back if I was in the area again. Everyone at the table wished they had more vegetables incorporated into their dish.

Enjoyed it! Came for the first time for dinner this week. Served quickly and kindly. Easy location. I had pork fried rice (meat was a little dry but otherwise nice taste) and my husband had spicy peanut sauce and noodles. We’ll be back. Thank you!

I’ve been telling my husband about this restaurant for the last 5 years and we’ve only recently had the opportunity to go! It was just as I remembered, so so SO good!! My favorite dish is their drunken noodle, I have yet to find any other dish that is similar at any other thai restaurant. My husband got the shrimp pad thai and says it was delicious; he now understands why I couldn’t stop talking about this place!

Average. Pad ka prao was light on basil. Massaman curry was decent. Green curry was the standout, but would’ve benefitted from more veg. Appetizer platter was on point, mostly because the Satay skewers and rangoons were slammin. Service was OK. No major complaints but no wow either. Also, FYI, dinner menu has 2x items as lunch.

I drove across town because this is the only Thai food place I saw that had panang curry on the menu. I was craving panang curry. I don’t think what I got was panang curry. The spice profile was not right and there was not even any Thai Basil. All that was in it was chicken and carrots. There were so many carrots, that was all you could actually taste. It was a fine carrot soup.
I also ordered the pad Talay. It was pretty good.
Edit: it might be panang curry, the carrots just made it too sweet?
