I recently had the pleasure of eating at Dosa Labs, and I loved the food. The Supreme Dosa with Chicken was such a delight. The dosa’s perfect crispness combined with the succulent and well-seasoned chicken filling created an explosion of flavors in every bite. The balance of spices was exquisite, accompanied by homely Sambar and Chutneys.

Great food with reasonable prices – that too in the Domain! Haven’t had such a good dosa in a while. We ordered a Supreme Dosa and a Masala Dosa and both were very yummy. Going to try their mango lassi next time.

The dosas were really good here. They were crispy and the fillings for some of them were very good. We tried 4 varieties of dosa – chicken, egg, cheese and potato. The chicken one was our favorite of the lot. The sauce with chicken and cheese tasted great.

Excellent dosas, really light and crispy. Their masala Dosa is the best I’ve had in Austin. Got the Supreme Dosa too, which was also good but I prefer the masala Dosa. Spice level is pretty mild so next time I’ll ask if they can make it hotter.

Great find here in Domain! Tried the chicken biryani, very authentic and the fresh mango lassi. Ponasamaya runs it with a chef with 17 years of experience, and boy they have something going in the kitchen. Worth a try. Supreme Dosa is a must try.

Food 9/10. I got the dosai. Couldn’t help taking a whiff of the dosai as soon as it came out. It looked so pretty and immaculate. I was surprised that I could actually smell the aftermath of a good fermentation. You don’t often find that outside home. The sambar was amazing too! I literally soaked the dosai in the sambar before clumsily dunking it in my mouth. Just like I always did it back home. Chutney was mid though. It felt a little watered down. Might be a personal preference thing. The mango lassi felt great too. Nice touch on a hot summer day. But it’s hard to get mango lassi wrong. Before I forget, the tactile experience of eating the dosai was amazing too. It had the right balance of crunchy exterior vs soft interior. Adding in the sambar resulted in a good textural experience.

Delicious food! We tried a dosa and the chicken biryani and both were amazing. We can’t wait to come back to try other things on the menu. The portions were very generous too.

I had the opportunity to try Dosa Labs recently and I was very impressed with the food. The dosas were perfectly cooked and the flavors were delicious. I especially enjoyed the chicken tikka masala dosa, which was filled with a flavorful chicken masala and cheese and the sambar was in perfect taste. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a south indian taste.

Outstanding, extraordinary joint for creative Indian food that retains the original taste. Dosas are cooked to perfection, huge and the accompaniments are spot on. Biryani is also a must try – purists could argue it’s a cross between pulav and a biryani but I can tell you it tastes absolutely amazing. Will come back regularly.
