The place was dirty, hot and outdated. All the self service kiosks were out of order. Minimal staffing. Old. It was almost nostalgic, but dirty. They were out of numerous items. The oil used for French fries was burnt and dirty and the taste came through hard. The bathroom was dirty. It makes me think it’s a dying franchise.

Burgerking (Moncks Corner) I stopped for lunch today at 3pm. Although they were short staffed; the two young men did a wonderful job. Everything was good and they worked at the best to their ability to make sure drive thru and in person customers were satisfied (I think they need a raise or some type of incentive for their hard work).

Ordered thru the app. When I arrived to pick up, it wasn’t ready and I was told that this location does not have milkshakes. I was given the option of requesting a refund or replacing it with a large drink.

Ordered a dbl whopper w/cheese paid for a dbl whopper w/cheese.And, got a regular whopper after I made sure they understood what I wanted. I live in Ridgeville and find this out until I got back home. I was none to happy. Another thing why wouldn’t a whopper be on the food list below. And, the store # was 5365.

It’s horrible. I order my food and had pulled up to the door and wait. When u got home, the order was wrong. I tried calling back no answer. So I had to ride back to get my food right. When I get back there I was asked to pull up again. This time I said no and now the burger is cold and almost didn’t put my onions back in the bag. I had to get there attention to get my onion rings. The part that had me going is that I pull up and waited and still order is wrong. And they wonder why there business is soooo slowwww. That would be my last and final time there. I tried to give them another chance after some years ago but still the same. Never in life again!!! Lesson well learned!!!!

How do you forget the burger for a cheeseburger? So after waiting more than 10 minutes, with only one other customer in front of me in the drive thru, that’s what we got. In addition to ice cold fries. But one of the 3 employees had time to keep hiding out near the first drive thru window check their phone. Only one of them was actually trying to work. And then after all of that, the lady working the register didn’t give me back my credit card. I had to tell her 3 x’s before I got it back. Gross food and an absolute waste of my time and money.

Asked for cheese on whopper. Got receipt and no cheese. I asked if they got cheese on the whopper and he said no. Asked the person in kitchen to put cheese on it and she replied I don’t think so. I don’t need anything for free. I would’ve paid for cheese since I asked for it. Poor excuse for customer service

I should have known better than to come here just from the outside looks of it. But I was starving so I got it anyway. After I got my food from the young man at the window proceeded to hit on me, making me very uncomfortable. I get home and see how gross the food looked. I tried a bite because I so hungry but ended up throwing it away. Even my dogs are too good to eat this. The fries and bun were cold and tasted funny. I definitely do not recommend this establishment. Weird employees and old inedible food.
