First time there and I like the atmosphere as you walk in. The food was ok. The fajitas had a weird taste to it. Everything else on on our plate was pretty good. We did try the strawberry cheesecake which was good and also the chocolate cake which I would pass on next time since it was dry. The service was really great!

We had a very large group here today. Approximately forty people not counting the kids. The food was hot and good. Our wait staff were very good at checking on us for drink refills, additional meal items and so on. I had the Fiesta plate and everything was so delicious!

Let me tell you if you are looking for some of the best workers and food south houston has to offer then come here NOW! They accommodated my wife’s party of 16 when no one else would. The food was outstanding and the drinks oh my. We will most definitely will be back.

I have been eating here for 40 years since it was on Irvington. It’s an old school Mexican restaurant doing the same way for years. I came in tonight for Quail. I met Mario Lopez, manager. He has worked here 32 years. Juan Jose waited on me and was very good.

We sat at the bar, the music was slow rock which I personally never heard before, it did not go with the atmosphere. Then they played slow Spanish music that made the atmosphere even more boring. I ordered a top shelf Mercedes margarita, which was very sour, also for a fifteen dollar drink, the presentation was very poor, it was served in a glass that looked like the ones used to serve water, apparently management is not paying attention. The bar is dated, and had electrical wires hanging all over. This place was a great location at one time. The business owners need to drop by and visit their establishment more often , so they can be aware of the issues .
