Food was hot and ready, but not prepared to order. They gave me extra sauce, thanks. But I wondered why? My pizza was to be cut in squares, it was not. It also was to to be well done, it was not. I also did not order peppers which you can clearly see there are peppers. Also the biggest offense was the time it took, over 1.5 hrs.. I applaud the hot and ready, however I did not get what I ordered nor did I get it in a timely manner. Save the extra sauces towards food cost, just do right and I’d be happy. It’s not that difficult!! I strictly request my payment be returned by a main office.

I spoke with a lady around 1145 am on Saturday I don’t recall her name but she said I cudnt speak with the rgm Because she was on the phone but this morning I call to have my order replaced that I was told I had a credit from my past order was over a hour late and cold. as soon as I did that the lady jus sound very frustrated ND very argumentative with me ND as a customer I don’t think that was very professional of her ND then not only that she told me she wanted me to pay a delivery fee ND that that’s the least I could do ND I told her I wasn’t told I would have too ND that just made her even more upset ND talking very fast and loud I explained to her that she doesn’t have to be so rude to me that I’m not trying argue with her ND then I ask her if she cud once again give me a quote time on my delivery ND she said no that they don’t have to give that out because she only has one driver at the store this is the second time I have ordered from here ND been giving mis info and also been treated unprofessionally ND me as a past shift lead at a pizza hut I know that’s this behavior is not nor should be acceptable. So I’m hoping that’s theses people be recoached on their professionalism on how to treat their customers because I will not ever be ordering food from this store again. Thank you Danielle s smith and I advise everyone else to not place no order with them either unless u wanna be treated unfairly ,ND wait almost 2hrs for some food.

The pizza was great but the dessert was something else. I’m not 100% sure if the marbled cookie brownie is suppose to be under cooked or something plus it’s covered in oil or butter?? Overall the brownies I wouldn’t recommend.

I order over $60 worth of pizza and over half my order was burnt no cheese, raw wings. I called and they said that it would be over 45 minutes to and hour before I can get fresh pizza. This is the second time I’ve ordered from here and my pizza was burnt.. I will never order from here again…

My son ordered delivery from here for 5 people. (Over $60 including tip). When it arrived over an hour later, we were missing 1 of the items ordered. He called and after holding on the phone for about 20 minutes, he explained about the missing item. They apologized and said they would replace it, but it would take another 2 hours to be delivered. He asked to be refunded instead and all they could do is give him store credit. I ended up eating a bowl of canned soup while everyone else ate their orders. They just didn’t care.
