My friend just went to get us dinner at this location, and he was not treated very well. He ask for extra tarter sauce and they said he could only have one per fish, the man was not friendly and said he had to order more fish in order to get more tarter sauce. There was other issues also. We have never had a problem until now, used to be a nice friendly place to eat anymore, and they have lost our business, and I will let everyone else know about this also. We do not recommend this store. My friend has never had such bad service before like this.

Manager was rude to an employee. The employee said his pay was off a few hours. The manager yelled “well I ain’t paying you that. You can go ahead and walk out!” On top of that, food was Cold and stale. No ranch no red velvet cheese cake as posted that they had. Bathroom was disgusting and smelled bad. Only thing they had on the radio was news. The news was only depressing and sad. There were little kids listening to this. Bathroom floor was also uneven I almost fell.

Ive ordered from this one 4 times since I moved back and everytime to food was on point. Always fresh always what I’ve ordered. The cole slaw is wonderful most restaurants just put it together and dont seem to care how it turns out. Whenever we are in the mood for chicken and fish this is the place we turn to now. Keep up the great work!

Food wasn’t good, service slow and not friendly, and customers allowing children to holler ( and not a small child about 11 to 12 yrs) don’t plan on ever going back, I love Long John Silvers… but if this is how they are going no wonder so many have been shut down

Food looked good… Customer service when I asked what kind of chicken came with plate response was it’s chicken. I’m being very very honest here. The food was cool and had been fried in warm oil. Which most people know what happens to crusty food when cooked in warm oil. The fish was soaked in oil it was so greasy it literally made me sick when I got home. You have kids cooking your food. I cook for my kids I don’t let kids cook for me come on. My meal alone was 9.99 and no drink included. I will never ever eat at this or any other Long John silvers again. It only takes once for me. Long johns you better get people trained and not just hire and ask them if they know how to work a fryer. My recommendation don’t eat there!!!

The best Long Johns we have ever known. For years we ate here. We don’t live in the area anymore and when we recently visited we did, sure enough, still served excellent food. Most of the Long Johns were we lived went out of business. The one in South Point is a gem.
