Every time we come to this place, it’s always so good. Everyone is nice. The place is always clean. The chicken is always fresh! Came in with my family after church today… so glad we did! This was our first visit. Drive thru staff was friendly but there was a long wait for any original chicken so I opted for the spicy that was ready. Then informed there was only Breasts and Thighs for my 8pc meal. When I got to the window manager was advising drive thru that there would be a 20 min wait on all chicken. I must’ve gotten the last. Smh. This is not uncommon with Popeyes but disappointing every time.

It’s not easy finding great customer service that late at night, but she really went above and beyond to help me. Got off the interstate here. We were not very familiar with menu here. The order taker was polite, professional, and very patient with our questions. We selected a $6 special which included 2 pieces of chicken, 2 sides, and a biscuit. We also ordered a lage soda each. We bought 2 specials. However, due to the quantity of food, one would have been enough. The food was brought promptly and was steaming hot. The taste of the chicken and sides was excellent. The dining room was clean as were the restrooms.

They were within 1 hour of closing and didnt hesitate to turn the grills back on to help us feed the basketball team during our stay at Great Wolf Lodge. The food was fresh and delicious!!! This was the best fast food service I’ve experienced in a while.

I went through the drive through on 8/27/25 around 2pm. I had a great experience with an employee named Natarais, that was the name on the receipt and she was so polite and so professional! She also her great costumer service, we need more people in the restaurant industry like her!!
