They have messed up or screwed me over almost every time I’ve ordered from here. Make sure you get the right size pizza you ordered. Medium pizza in a large box the most recent time. I’ll order from the other dominos from now on.

We got 2 medium pizzas on the 5.99 for 2 items coupon 2 toppings. What I love about Domino’s is that the marinara sauce is wet and robust. Its not too sweet its not too pasty it feels like someone made that sauce fresh that day from their garden tomatoes. The cheese has a more aged distinctive taste. Their mushrooms were fresh not canned whole slices that wilted like they were grilled. Their onions were sliced and wonderfully browned and golden with excellent flavor. We had our pizza with the hand made pan pizza crust adding 2 dollars more per pizza but volumewise and flavorfully worth it. It was all done quickly. The boxes were very nice comparing to many other pizza boxes. Pictured is the mushrooms and special boxes, also the guarantee of 2 layers of cheese all the way to the edge for less pizza crust waste.

When I pulled up to get my online order, two employees were smoking right outside the door with the door open by the time I got to the front of the line both employees had walked back in and went right back to work handling food without even washing their hands. Another employee asked if she could get help on the ovens, and some other girl walked over and yanked the pizza out of her hand and told her to “just go” Tried to call and talk to a manager, but she was too busy to come to the phone. The service ridiculous, waste of money time and time again! They try pass crusts with ones that are not what you order! The cook is sloppy and there is not any quality in any of the pizzas made! Burnt Pizza, Burnt Brownies, Half the amount of sauce on boneless specialty chickens, and they ARE old and dry as heck, can hardly chew them.! This order was thrown together so quick and sloppy it was over topped with everything. I want a pizza with the right amount of sauce like I ordered, LIGHT! and Even amounts of cheese and normal amount of topping that I order! The right amount of those main ingredients are what make a PIZZA a PIZZA! anything else just RUINS IT! I did call in this time to complain, enough is enough, The Manager did make it look very edible this time and it LOOKS right….the cinnamon twists were excellent, fluffy, soft and delicious! I am Thankful at least one thing turned out right. Other than that, I wouldn’t recommend this place….at least not with the same prep or line cook they had that time or the last few times either. The first one and the replacement, what a huge difference. This place stopped taking online orders and I’m not sure why. I tried calling and no one answered, I even went to the store which, was on a Saturday, but it wasn’t even open. I initially thought it was closed down due to the Coronavirus but I noticed someone leaving with pizzas a next day. When they were open what I noticed was none of the employees were wearing masks, which they use to. Depending on who you get to check you out is how you will be treated. Some employees are nicer than others. I always order online, so when I wasn’t able to, I took my business to the new store on Addison. I won’t be going back until the pandemic is over or if they start wearing masks.

Made the wrong pizza and burned the remake pizza. I had to wait a total of 45 minutes for food I did not really want. I do appreciate the manager giving me store credit but it is a shame my dinner got ruined. Don’t order cheese-free pizza from here if you’re lactose intolerant. It used to come out just fine without cheese but I guess it got changed on how they make the pizzas. It’s a shame there isn’t a specific cook time for a no cheese pizza. Overall sort of a letdown.
