We ordered a pizza from this place didn’t even get any sauces (ranch, blue cheese, etc. )with our order not only that they sent us a full pizza not even cut into slices and they say it comes that way …What a joke never ordering from this piece of CRAP place again!! tried to talk to the manager, and this is his response. That’s how are pizza comes, we do t cut it into slices really??? Hummm. I think you need a new manager for this company…. and our chicken wings come with no sauces???? Are you flipping serious? When I got home and opened the Chicken Alfredo, it was less than half full. Even though the app said my order was done and I had already paid, it took too long to get it at the drive up. They had to have me sign for using the credit card. I can only guess this was to see if I would include a tip. I wish takeout places would stop asking for a tip when they are not providing a table service.

I was hung up on after talking to haylee, talked to Mary that said she would bring my order personally after waiting for an order for over two hours. Mary never did anything and I was later told that Mary denies ever talking to me. I have phone records of the numerous times of night I called to check on the order. Talked to Adrian that told me that nobody knew there was an issue with my order and said thank you for your story time on your complaint. Adrian also told me I couldn’t get a refund on my delivery order unless I went into the store tonight because they won’t refund the next day. I ordered delivery as to not have to go to the store (what if I was disabled would I not be entitled to a refund?) I have never been so harassed by staff or lied to by numerous employees all in one night. It These employees brought old cold pizza that looked like it had been sitting there for days, the cheesy bread wasn’t cut. The cinna twists didn’t have icing. I also have proof of all of the phone calls I made. I even asked for a remake of my order rather than a refund and haylee said she would send it out to my house!!! Waiting for another 30 minutes and nobody came I called again and that is when Adrian was condescending and saying thanks for the story time etc and that they show my order as cancelled!!!!! Are you kidding me?!?! I paid but it shows cancelled and I can’t get a refund unless I go get the money tonight? I think the health department needs to be called you can’t send out pizzas that have been on the hot lamp for hours before the order was received.

Seems like everyone is experiencing the same issues. I don’t know what needs to change here, but maybe start with the expected completion times on orders. I made a mobile order and the app said it would be ready in 16 minutes. 20 minutes later, it hasn’t even been put in the oven. Corporate needs to put some restrictions on this restaurant for orders. It isn’t a big building, they can only do so many orders at once. Every time I come here they always seem overwhelmed. Great way to lose employees and customers.

We got 2 medium pizzas on the 5.99 for 2 items coupon 2 toppings. What I love about Domino’s is that the marinara sauce is wet and robust. Its not too sweet its not too pasty it feels like someone made that sauce fresh that day from their garden tomatoes. The cheese has a more aged distinctive taste. Their mushrooms were fresh not canned whole slices that wilted like they were grilled. Their onions were sliced and wonderfully browned and golden with excellent flavor. We had our pizza with the hand made pan pizza crust adding 2 dollars more per pizza but volumewise and flavorfully worth it. It was all done quickly. The boxes were very nice comparing to many other pizza boxes. Pictured is the mushrooms and special boxes, also the guarantee of 2 layers of cheese all the way to the edge for less pizza crust waste.

I placed an order at 6:54 pm after almost 2 hours I called and talked to the manager and he made every excuse in the book about why it wasn’t at my house yet. It was almost 2 hours and the best he could do was to re-make it and send it to me in around another 1 hour or cancel and give me a free pizza on my credit. We canceled and having to do something different for dinner. He gave me an attitude like it was my fault they were busy and understaffed and I should be understanding they are busy on a Friday night.
