if i could give this zero stars i would, first of all my food was cold, second of all, THERE WAS A BUG IN MY FOOD. i’m not one to complain cause i work in the food industry but a bug in my food is where i draw the line. i’m sorry but i really hate bugs with my soul.

Wow, the McDonald’s at Narcoossee road and 192 has to be the worse ever!! 30 minutes at the drive through. The 3 young ladies at the 1st window were busy discussing their work schedule and when they should get their nails done. That was why i had to repeat my order multiple times. Foolish thought it was the the speaker. Then tried to have me pay for the wrong order, I had to tell them to check the screen again. Once I paid and verified my order was correct on the receipt, I was told to pull forward to the next window. Once there they tried to give to different orders that weren’t mine. I showed them my receipt and the girl there had me pull up to the next window and someone would give me my correct order. I waited a good 10 minutes and had to yell for someone multiple times before any one came to the window only to tell me that they were cooking my order and it would be ready in 15 minutes. Whaaaaat????? I asked for a refund and they wanted my card again to which I refused!! I am not waiting 10 days for the money to be returned to my account. Go get a manager and the young lady basically held her hand up and walked away. A couple of minutes later a different young lady brought me my cash. I learned my lesson! I will never go there again!!!!

I Placed a Mobile order for convenience, & ended up waiting more than typical. I arrived at the Drive thru to pick up my order and waited close to 20minutes to arrive to the window and be told that my order was not processed that I probably didn’t do it right mind you I place mobile orders constantly. I adviced the “manager” that I’m sure that not only did I do it right, but my bank statement stated that the money was already taken out. He proceeds to tell me that since he can’t find the order that I would have to pay for the order again and wait for the error on the app to go through & within 24hrs receive a refund. I ask him how it could be and error if the money was already taken out & he had an i don’t know and I don’t care attitude. I don’t expect the best service from fast food places but atleast decent customer service and that is definitely not what I got. After waiting 25-30minutes it turns out my order was indeed there from the mobile order and I got to go home with cold food, a bad experience, and a waste of time.

Very modern style McDonald’s. The service had been speedy despite the high volume of cars. It’s a plus there are two drive throughs, and three windows. The customer service had been excellent. My hubby hadn’t had McFlurry in years so I thought I’d bring him an Oreo one. He said it was so so good. Him and I would highly recommended this McDonald’s to anyone especially those looking for a night off of the kitchen.

2 lines, they only run the outside one. I was on the inside and got stuck, they were allowing people to order about 1 for every 3 on the outside. Since I was stuck, I placed the order through the app, and since no one was taking my order I just drove through and gave my code at the window. Overall, it took almost 1 hour from getting in line until leaving.

It’s always a long wait. And never gives you what you asked for. For example you ask for 2 burgers they will give you 1. Always check your meal before leaving this is one of the worst mc Donald’s I have been.
