I was having issues with the app as i frequently due. Stopped into this dominos to pick up 6 pizzas for a 7 years olds birthday party. I could only get $6.99 said i could only do online. Again app wouldn’t work. Then got it to work and wouldn’t let me pay cash at the store cause order was over $40. Store employee went above and beyond to help me. I didn’t get her name but she was pregnant and I did tip her well. Shout out to Basehor Dominos. Your store and the Pittsburgh Kansas store rock. Best customer service. Overland Park location at 110th could use some lessons in customer service.

Waited 2.5 hours. And never got our correct order. They do not pick up the phone even after 1 hr of listening to there automated system. I’d like my money back. Definitely never trying them again. Here’s a picture of some burnt tots that came though.

Owner needs to staff the store correctly. Ordered with an 18 min estimate. Came in 30 min after order and they said it wasn’t even started yet. I just asked to cancel. Owners: do your job your staff can succeed at theirs.

Easy to pick up but wasnt ready when I said I wanted to pick it up (mind you I order 2 hours before that) and it took 5 minutes after I arrived to get it. Bacon was fairly burnt on the pizza which was disappointing. No extra cheese which I asked for. Make sure you say it 10 times if you want it a certain way.

Usually love Domino’s. Somewhere between the app saying the driver left and traveling 1 mile it took close to a half hour for the pizza to get here. All the drivers have been polite so thats never been an issue. I ordered extra toppings and it looks like it missing. The remaining was dumped in the middle

Very inconsistent, the first time we ordered it was amazing and the second it was terrible. I convinced everyone to try again and it was bad. We ordered a cheese pizza with double cheese and it showed up burnt and dry. Not even a normal amount of cheese let alone double. So disappointed. Back to the regulars for us.

If i could give 0, I would. We ordered online. Drove 40 min to pick them up. When we got there they told us they canceled our order. They said they would remake it and we said ok. So we went and got gas and washed the vehicle. Got back 30 mins later to find out they still did not start our order. Then they wanted us to pay again for the order and we got charged on our cc twice. Last time I come here. Completely horrible experience.

Clearly understaffed. It took over an hour to get my order. I did not check before I left and found out that they did not give me my chicken wings. I tried calling with no answer after 20 minutes. I had to drive back and they were going to hand me the wings which were sitting on the rack at room temperature for 45 minutes. I asked for a new batch. They didn’t offer any compensation or anything for my extra trips. Back in the day when I was in the food business, I would have offered a coupon, or a 2 liter, or something for the inconvenience. That doesn’t seem to be the norm anymore.
