I ordered two pizzas recently and forgot to add one topping, when I asked if they could give me a side of the toppings they gave me some that were food safe to eat uncooked.
They were in no way obligated to provide the sides for me but because of this I was a satisfied customer.

Its been a few years since I ordered from this Dominios due to issues with our orders being correct. We ordered dinner last night and have zero complaints. The two pizza and cheese bread were made correctly, arrived hot and tasted great. The driver was very friendly and thank us for ordering. We will absolutely be ordering for here again.

Usually love Domino’s. Somewhere between the app saying the driver left and traveling 1 mile it took close to a half hour for the pizza to get here. All the drivers have been polite so thats never been an issue. I ordered extra toppings and it looks like it missing. The remaining was dumped in the middle

This store is terrible about customer service. Delivery takes hours and then the pizza is cold when it finally arrives. I stop ordering from there and then every couple years I give it a go again. Always a huge disappointment. They should close this store if they cant hire enough competent employees to run the store.

Easy to pick up but wasnt ready when I said I wanted to pick it up (mind you I order 2 hours before that) and it took 5 minutes after I arrived to get it. Bacon was fairly burnt on the pizza which was disappointing. No extra cheese which I asked for. Make sure you say it 10 times if you want it a certain way.

Our orders have come out spot-on every time with the exception of once, where the cheese stuck to the pan while putting in the box. They offered to remake the pizza which I declined as it did not bother me. They then proceeded to provide free soda and dipping sauces instead.

I was having issues with the app as i frequently due. Stopped into this dominos to pick up 6 pizzas for a 7 years olds birthday party. I could only get $6.99 said i could only do online. Again app wouldn’t work. Then got it to work and wouldn’t let me pay cash at the store cause order was over $40. Store employee went above and beyond to help me. I didn’t get her name but she was pregnant and I did tip her well. Shout out to Basehor Dominos. Your store and the Pittsburgh Kansas store rock. Best customer service. Overland Park location at 110th could use some lessons in customer service.

Waited 2.5 hours. And never got our correct order. They do not pick up the phone even after 1 hr of listening to there automated system. I’d like my money back. Definitely never trying them again. Here’s a picture of some burnt tots that came though.
