Just went and got 2 bowls 5pm on October 20th whoever the man is working right now did an AMAZING JOB! the best bowl I’ve had in awhile from this location! He was very fast and had great customer service ! He had me in and out in less than 4 minutes. He had curly hair and was light skinned. You deserve props! Thank you!

No stars deserved. They were absolutely rude. There were no customers in front of me and 2 behind me. I was placing an order in store for my small family yesterday evening. Once they realized I had somewhat of larger order they seemed to become very frustrated. Started slamming things and had a complete attitude. I only ordered 2 bowls large chips drinks and a kids meal. We didn’t receive a large bag a chips whatsoever. They barely put any meat on one of the bowls. The other bowl they trenched it in hot
sauce. Just terrible service.

Consistently bad service when completing online orders. Attaching a photo of the untouched burrito bowl that should have : queso, red salsa, steak/ barbacoa split, lettuce, extra fajitas, rice, and beans. The bowl was missing ingredients AND whatever ingredients it did have were minimal. Altogether the bowl looked shaken around and nasty.

Went to the chipotle off of veterans at 7:15 pm the staff was unwelcoming and one of the guys was very rude. They were acting like it was closing time and everything was empty and dry. Asked for veggies and he refused to make more. Felt like they were pushing us out the door. Do better. Very disappointed this is why we never go there anymore everytime recently has always been like this experience

Unfortunately, this was not my favorite visit to Chipotle but it was okay, I’ll still come back in the future. The queso was a little bit gritty and the chips were mostly stale. I actually went back up to the counter to get a new bag of chips but those were stale also. I also noticed that the guacamole wasn’t quite smashed up.
I did appreciate the atmosphere though, plenty of seating.

I placed a $70 online order at 8:45PM for pickup and when I arrive at the store at 9:15PM they tell me they are out of food. That’s fine if they are out of food but then they tell me they can’t refund my money back. I asked the employee with the earring why he can’t give me a refund and he says “I just can’t because the machine won’t let me”. So I asked him “what do you mean the machine won’t let you?” He throws his hands in the air and turns around and walks to the back of the store without apologizing or explaining anything. I stood there for 10 minutes with no explanation and eventually had to ask another employee if they are going to give me a refund. She said no and the employee with the earring must have overheard me so he came back to the front and told her “don’t talk to him anymore.” If you want to spend money at this store and get no food in return and instead deal with employees who have attitudes and disrespect customers, this is the store to visit!

I just went in with my order, and it was actually the manager on duty who helped me. He was very friendly and helpful, even with my wife’s unusual request. They were clearly busy, but he was still conversational and welcoming. I’ve seen some reviews criticizing the food, but ours is solid and we’ve had barely any issues in the years we’ve been going here. I’d recommend to anyone who likes burritos.

Food was good. Several employees, but only one guy killing it. Outworking his fellow employees 4-1. He was really fast, accurate and kind. I didn’t catch his name, but I grabbed a picture of him. He’s an allstar!! I hope you’re paying him commensurate with how he outworks EVERYONE there.
The only reason I didn’t do 5 starts was because the majority of tables needed cleaned. 85% of them had food and trash on them. The dining room was being neglected.

Very disappointed. I’ve been coming to this location for some time and have had varying levels of accuracy with my order ahead orders. Today was the first time they completely got it wrong and frankly offendingly wrong. I ordered extra meat and received a normal portion. I ordered light rice and received a normal portion. I ordered light black beans and received 5 solitary beans. My salsa and lettuce were nowhere in sight. If it’s an issue of something being out, tell me when I pick it up and make it right then. I shouldn’t have to go online and correct with a chat bot. Absolutely ridiculous.

If I could give zero stars this would be the place.
We continue to give them “one last try” as we are local and get more disappointed each time. The staff simply doesn’t care about food regardless of time or day of order. They don’t belong in the kitchen.
To the management i would highly recommend spending time with the staff and supervise quality. I would also recommend performing secret shopping via online order. Today’s order is the last for us.
On top of poor prepped food, queso was crusty and looked days old. Same order guacamole was super spicy, had a huge chunk of plane avocado, with CARDBOARD chunk inside.
