Pizza Hut, you charge way too much and serve food so dried out and inedible!! The Buffalo wings were plain no sauce, no seasoning, the pizzas were dry, toppings and crusts were hard and we didn’t get our Root beer. Tonight I definitely got to feel buyer’s remorse first hand. Never doing business with Rock Springs Pizza Hut again!!

Pizza Hut delivered to my house my order incorrectly, and I had to go back to the restaurant to get my pizza and all they said was “we’re sorry.”
It’s truly unbelievable to read some of the reviews and comments in this section and realize that many people constantly have problems with wrong orders, when I went to the restaurant there were many folks complaining too, not just me, it looks like this happens all the time.
If you want an overpriced, cold, and tasteless pizza that takes 40 minutes to arrive and comes from employees with zero hygiene, this is your place!

It’s clean and I didn’t have complaints about the seating until I sat down and it smelt like pee. Odds are a kid earlier that day had an accident in the area and any good parent knows they’re probably embarrassed about it. Everything looked clean and nice, there just was a smell. Though no one else in my group seemed to smell it. The food was great and we all enjoyed two original medium pizzas, cheese and peperoni. It filled my group of 6. Our waiter was a bit slow on response but it wasn’t to much of a worry.

We all know pizza hut is overpriced, however, my pregnant self was craving a taco pizza and this is the only place in town with taco pizza. I picked out my coupon, ordered my pizzas, and promptly sent my boyfriend to retrieve the food. Yes, I should have had him double check the pizza while he was there, but this is a business that should have their policies enforced.
My taco pizza had no toppings on it.
I called the restaurant to see what they could do to make it right, the girl who answered giggled at me and said she would ask. She then got back on the phone, after not putting me on hold where I could hear her laughing at my complaint, and said she could give me the toppings.
My boyfriend went back and was given a small bowl of toppings and was told “sorry.”
I would expect to not be treated like I’m an idiot, when I never acted this way during my time working at Pizza Hut. Do better and don’t be rude about messing up an order.

Town Rat
Food sometimes Hit or Miss most of the time is cooked perfectly other times. Floppy? Service is very fast and friendly. Atmosphere is non-existent. It’s almost as if nobody has eaten there in years. But the booths and tables were clean, pleasant dining experience due to no customers in store. Would suggest dine in staff to come to table rather than order at the counter makes the customer feel like he’s eating at a fast food restaurant.

When I buy pizza, I always examine the slice cut, crispness, bake of the crust, and the bottom of the slice. I sniff the slices.
I did not like how my pan pizza was pulled apart. That is suspect behaviors to me.
I sniffed under one slice, and it smelled like a cookie, which means what? They didn’t clean the pan and just slapped some more oil on it and baked more stuff.
The quality of at least two slices sufficed at the time of this review.
As far as service. They did not know how to keep composure. Once they saw me, their demeanor changed to a low resolution. But I guess I had most of a personal pan pizza.

Ordered $70 worth of food and all three pizzas were not edible, hand tossed crust is paper thin and one pizza was burnt and made completely wrong and was told I can not get a refund instead they wanted to to give me $40 dollar credit and keep $30 won’t be ordering again. Took pulling teeth to actually get a refund.

The menus were so far out of date that everything was almost doubled price wise! They put “prices are not accurate” in sharpie on the menu, but the prices were not specified at all. The cheese shakers were stale and no longer fresh. The pizza was barely luke warm when we got it. Our pasta dish was cold. We were also told the pasta came in a pan, and instead came in a small foil dish. Our server also was the manager, and she wanted nothing but to have us in and out as fast as possible when we were the only ones in the restaurant. It was obvious that we were being rushed out the door. This experience was unacceptable between the poor service and overall bad food.

I HAD to try the lunch buffet, with Izzy’s going out of business years ago, & buffets generally forced out of business with the pandemic, etc., good buffets are few & far between any more. I am very pleased. The food was good, and pizza hot. I’m so glad I came, and the Senior Discount was an additional blessing, a person could almost afford to do this on a regular basis. Thank you!!
