I like Dominos Pizza, they have always been one of my favorite pizza joints.. but this location will never again get my money. The store manager, Jared is one of the most un-professional, incompetent, and rudest adults I have ever encountered in such a management position. One who you would think is obligated and paid to hold such a high standard, be an example for his employees and customers.. and be expected to find resolutions to issues with customers and their dining experience. They have the wrong face in this establishment if holding such morals and values for Domino’s and pleasing the customer is a top priority of theirs. I’m a believer in giving credit where it’s due and also I’m one who will drive the extra 20 miles to get the same food in another town just to avoid bad customer service. This Domino’s gets a flat ZERO for customer relations and at being able to handle a dilemma that should have had an outcome that didn’t cause the loss of a loyal customer. They will no longer get my money here.
