Pizza was ok, garlic knots were really good. Wings needed help. Table was wobbly, no soap in the bathroom is concerning, both dispensers were empty.

We had a big order for our family of 6, I believe 11 items, they got it made within 20 minutes and a worker there named Dallas helped my husband bring all the food out of the store and helped put it in the car. They’re usually too busy for that but since it was 4pm they weren’t as busy so he was polite enough to offer assistance. We order from here regular and never have any issues.

Decided to try their stuffed crust pizza after work because it sounded good, and I usually really like dominos. I place the order on the app and get an estimated 11-20 minute wait time. Shortly after, the tracker changes to “preparing your order”, so I assume they’re starting to make it. I sit outside in the parking lot from 5:44 to 6:14 and the tracker doesn’t change at all. I think “man…after 30 minutes they must be done by now” and run in. He pulls me up and goes “oh yeah, our system has been weird and we don’t know which orders are real, so we’ve been waiting until you guys come in to start cooking it”. I’m like….what? Why change the tracker to preparing if you aren’t making it? Why not call me and ask if it’s real? I paid for it online, so what was the plan? I also have an account with a long order history. He goes “yeah that’s just how we’ve been doing it. I just got here idk. It’s going to be like 10 more minutes. Do you still want it?” Yeah…I still want it. So I sat for another 20 minutes (combined total of 50 minutes) for my single pizza that was undercooked and not cut.

Unfortunately, I was not very pleased with the quality of the pizza nor the staffing. I will say that it was a Friday evening at or around 7pm, but there was no one in line, and I ordered in a minute as there was a clerk at the front when I arrived. I ordered nothing special, paid; and was told it would be about 15 minutes. I was in no rush, but telling me 15 minutes or so gave me some optimism that it would be done quickly (another pizza place was stating 1.5 hrs at the same time, and I chose Dominos as its replacement- bad choice!). I left and returned in about 12 to 13 minutes and waited patiently after being asked my name upon entering to check the order. After that there was no clerk manning the front desk and another customer was waiting for sometime (I never saw him get his order taken); but I finally saw a couple pies get stacked with my name on the receipt sticking out of the box. At that time there was still no one at the front and my pizzas are cooling off on a cooling rack (nothing to keep them warm like at other shops; e.g. Caesars) as I waited. I finally shouted to the guy boxing the cooked orders asking if I could step behind the counter and grab my pizzas since no one had yet to arrive back at the counter, and he said okay. That was essentially 30 minutes from when I was told it would be 15 minutes. I brought the pizzas to an informal gathering within 7 minutes of picking up the pies (heater blowing on the closed boxes in the car) and grabbed a slice. Not very good, already barely warm and no real moisture as if overcooked (crust was okay, but top was dried), and/or had no sauce to speak of. Believe me, nothing was going to drip out of, or off of this slice of pie. Out of 2 large pizzas only 3 slices were eaten the entire night and it was the only food available! Nobody liked it and I felt like a fool for bringing low quality pizza to friends and wasting my money. Even when I tried some of the leftover it was horrible and I enjoy next day pizza (I left the other pie to be tossed away) but this stuff was not even good when it wa a freshly cooked pizza so what could I expect. I had never been to that business before and I will never go back! I will wait the hour and a half for the better product next time around. Note: price was not bad if the pies had been good, but I have had grocery store pizza as good or better at the same or less price. Recommendation to Dominos: add 15 minutes to estimates to order completion times (easy to say it will be 15 to 30 minutes, 30 to 45 minutes, etc.), lower heat on top burners, and MORE SAUCE regardless. Walk-in service counter, area with minimal space up front if you are concerned about masking when inside. Maybe if the Dominos parent company focused more on pizzas instead of marketing a line of cosmetics (TRUE!) they could learn how to make a decent pizza without extra sauce being an extra charge if you wanted as much as other pizzas have.

My large family and I gets diner from this location at least once every two weeks. It’s always a very large order, normally 8 to 10 items. They always get the order correct and the food is always good. They always make it in a timely manner. This is a great Domino’s location.

Got some pizzas with the online deal and put extra pepperoni and looks like the normal amount I’d get on a pizza. When I order again I’ll post pics of what it looks like with the normal amount. It was good though.
