I would give ZERO stars if that option was available. I normally am very satisfied with ordering from chic fil a everytime but this time I am very disappointed with my order. My chicken sandwich was over cooked and prepared very sloppy, my fries were cold and soggy with a freezer taste not to mention half of my fries were gone! they sent no sauces I requested no straw for my drink. I tried calling into the restaurant and no answer.

This place honestly should be shut down. It’s a disgrace. I usually always get a good experience from every other Chick-Fil-a I go to but this one does not follow directions and gives low quality food. They can’t even understand to give certain sauces with the meal or even a straw.

I come to chick fil A for a reason. When I ask for a sweet tea and drive off and go to taste it and it taste like a cold tea without sugar I get so disappointed. This is no different than McDonalds. If I wanted toss my whole drink on the boulevard then I would waste my money at McDonalds not Chick Fil A. Please do better !!!! PLEASE !

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in my service today in all my time I have been going to this particular location I have never had ANY issues but today the cashier was very nasty & her attitude was not what I’m use to receiving at a chick-fil-A . I’m not sure if she needs new training or what but I am not happy about my food or her service my Strawberry lemonade had nothing but sugar at the bottoms she had to be put set that I asked her to add more bc I didn’t look like any was in there so she just pumped syrup into me & my husbands drink . Like really ?? & my fries had nothing but salt like wow ! I mad u that upset that my food isn’t being prepared correctly?? I would like someone that works there look into this I posted the receipt with the time and date this wasn’t okay . & I LOVE CHICK FIL A . U guys won’t lose a customer just at this location until it’s fixed I will continue to go to Roosevelt Blvd

I ordered a meal with a milkshake through the mobile app it charged my card I got to the chick fil a it says payment failed but the transaction already went through I alerted the manager and he says he didn’t go through on there end. Whatever that means and to try again. So I tell him I’ll try again then walked outside to my car to reorder the food. Charging my card twice when I got back in the restaurant the manager tells me” I thought you were going to get your card “. So it don’t go through now I’ve been charged twice with no food and the worse part he didn’t even offer a complimentary fry or sum . Truly pathetic

Food was sloppy. My chicken sandwich was so messy to eat. They didn’t give me a whole chicken Breast, they put pieces of chicken in there and it was falling out of my bun. My salad wasn’t fresh and the chicken in there was semi burnt. Had no straws or napkins. Didn’t have enough sauces for my kids 30 ct chicken nuggets. This is the one in adams plaza. It sadden me because I doordash and spent 80 bucks for sad meals!
