What has happened to our favorite sub place?! We used to love grabbing a sub here. It was so depressing and sad this time, the sandwich we ordered was sooooo wrong and not sure how one had half the stuff the other was supposed to have and yet nothing at all on the other. The pita bread was so thin and dry and literally no meat it was like eating a dry cracker sandwich. We ordered the super sub I can’t imagine what just a ham or Turkey would have been. The solution to the no toppings was a tray of pickles and peppers and a couple packs of mayo and mustard. I really hate leaving a disappointing review but it was so off from the food, to the service even the atmosphere was just meh. I’m not sure what has caused the change so much from the place we loved so much before but PLEASE fix it! I have sang the praises of this business for years and it was like a ghost of itself on todays visit.

I really like this place and cheer for it. Nothing I have ever gotten was super flavorful and they will not put salt and pepper on a sub. You have to use packs. I think they have a lot of potential but nothing makes me crave coming back even though I eat here quite often. Pricing is fair. Service is decent.

Anyways, my first time coming here, they have a huge selection of subs and other things! Everything was fresh, from the tomatoes to the lettuce to the turkey! I got the turkey sub with added bacon, banana peppers, mustard and Mayo. And everything else that comes on it, except onions. Blows subway right out of the water! Amazing quality, not exactly cheap but you get tasty food! It was about $30 for mine and my husbands sub, two bags of chips and two drinks.

Good place for a quick bite. Sandwiches are ok. I had tuna salad sandwich. Tuna had an ok flavor and came with the normal stuff (lettuce, tomato and onions. There are other add-on options. They do have a good variety of sandwiches. They cut my sandwich in four pieces which made it kind of messy to eat being tuna.
The place lacks personality. It does have some kind of decor with a wall of pictures from way back and another wall of old brand name calendars. The room is so big that it feels awkward. There is an area in the back for events which makes the room even bigger.
I cannot judge the other sandwiches, but mine was ok. Not sure if I would go back though.

First time trying Sub Factory. Cool little sub shop with a surprisingly large dining room!!! I called in an order. Got there and decided to make it a combo. The cashier was friendly and updated the order on the fly, no problem. Everything looked clean, with a cool vibe to boot! The meatball sub was fresh and yummy : ) Will definitely eat here again!

Love how low key and friendly the place is, with the pin-up art on the walls from the early 1900’s to the 70’s. The place is spacious so you never feel as though you are away too close especially at lunch hours. The honey mustard grilled chicken wrap was delicious.

The food was very reasonably priced, the staff was very kind and patient, and the food was so good! I was impressed with the cleanliness of the entire restaurant. The music and decor were also pleasant.
