I was excited to go to Dolly’s. The view is spectacular, even in the fog. The food was wonderful. I was disappointed in the service. I felt neglected as no one asked how everything was, they did ask if they could get us anything else at the end of our meal. They were attentive to clearing our plates. I am confident I will be returning though to try the Mac and cheese and cauliflower app that seemed to be ordered by tables around us.

Just do yourself a favor and go! I went here for date night and had such a loving evening. It’s a quaint little restaurant located right on the Hudson River/Garrison train station. The ambiance was cozy with light soothing music playing in the background. You could see the sunset which is a plus. Our waitress, Felicia, was amazing -very attentive and friendly. We started with the cauliflower nuggets and Falafel -delicious. For our main course, we had the spicy, curried red lentils with haiga rice (get this!!! you will not be disappointed) and crispy fish on potato bun. The basque cheesecake for dessert was the perfect touch. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great experience.

I journeyed here 2 years ago for the first time and since then have been unable to get my dinner out of my mind. The first amazing aspect of dining at Dolly’s is the obvious fact that it is located right on the water. Dinner and a view of the colorful sunset, What could be better? Well just you wait because it gets better. The food. With locally sourced ingredients, there is a freshness to every dish. Savory and delectable left my whole parties taste buds watering. 10/10 recommend if you are lucky enough to bless your own taste buds with the flavors of Dolly’s.

My husband and I had an excellent dinner at Dolly’s. The food was excellent. The Cauliflower nuggets and Hummus appetizers were delicious. And the Dolly’s burger deluxe and the season special they had was the Ruben, and both were amazing. Our server, Ferhat, was very attentive, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Overall, everyone was very attentive. The place is very inviting and cozy with an amazing view. We are definitely coming back, especially when they open the patio outside.

I don’t even know where to start! The food is perfection. The menu offers an amazing array of dishes that are both comforting and approachable while still being fresh and innovative. The bar snacks are perfect pick me ups after a day of work and the full menu has something for everyone. The bar is well stocked with a great beer list with lots of local brews and the cocktails are delicious! The chicken wings, spicy peanuts, FRIED MUSHROOMS, Mac & Cheese are all fantastic. I haven’t even mentioned the LOCATION!!! Steps from the train station, nestled on the hudson with amazing views of the river traffic and west point. The restaurant is warm, clean and inviting with a lovely and professional staff. Its a perfect restaurant for anything from a quick bite after work to a romantic dinner date or even a fun get together in their private dining areas. Will be coming back!

I can’t say enough about Dolly’s Restaurant. We had a birthday party here recently and everything was beyond expectations. The food was excellent, the setting and view incredible and the staff was attentive. I really could not have asked for more. If I could leave more than five stars I would.

Okay so this has no bearing on the restaurant and they obviously can’t control this, but it’s best to park at the train station and walk over to the bridge. Don’t try to park where Google maps will take you, just go to the train station.

Oysters were not cold, no yuzu, nor yuzu kosho were detectable..just classic shallot-vinegar mignionette. Roast lamb was bland, seemed more braised than roasted, despite warning from server that it was a spicy dish, it was not. Black bass was nice, but oversalted. Greens could use another minute of cooking. Chilled noodle side was pasty,dry and starchy.Thief cocktail was not balanced, way too much lemon..Love the menus, but the food/drink didn’t live up to the description. Apparently I’m in the minority, as the place was very busy.
