The food is good… I drive a Big truck and obviously can’t come to your restaurant. I took your advice and used a third party delivery company. They where fast!! Although your brisket was tough as boot leather…. What’s up with that??? I spent a small fortune on your BBQ… I’ve never in my life had tough brisket! Cold or otherwise! Thanks for taking my money Dickey’s! I also ordered some Pork ribs… all I can say is that the beans where juicy and tender and your meat was unexceptionable! Shame on you! I could have eaten at the Workman’s truck stop BUT picked you instead! Shame on me!!! Seriously! I’ve just tried to eat on that brisket again…. How is it possible to have a rock hard brisket???? I’m done with you!!! You cost me effort and cash and provided me squat. Thanks for the leftover from the lunch rush! I’m deleting your app from my phone unless you convince me otherwise. Not that you care.

Delicious smoked meats and tasty sides. Everything from ribs to smoked sausage, turkey and beyond. The fried okra is dropped after you order so it’s piping hot and absolutely scrumptious. The waffle fries are the same way. They fry them fresh after you order so there’s no chance of getting lukewarm or soggy fries. They offer original, sweet, or spicy barbecue sauce along with mayonnaise and mustard. They have a little relish bar as well with pickle, onions and jalapenos. There is no tip as it’s semi-fast food. However, the quality rivals or exceeds anything you would find at an expensive, sit down barbecue restaurant. In my opinion, it’s way better than rib crib.

Won’t be going back to Dickey’s again. Ordered takeout online and picked it up at this location in Lowell, AR. My pulled pork was about 1/3 fat and my side of green beans was not in with my meal. My wife’s meal was supposed to be a 2 meat plate which included 2 sides, but she only got one of the sides. Paid for an extra Texas toast which we did not get. Of course, I didn’t find out about all this until I got home, so I didn’t feel like going all the way back to the restaurant to get it corrected. Like I said, Dickey’s won’t be getting my business anymore!

Appears there is a reason this place shut down for good… Went by 2/24/23 to closed and locked doors. Sign says they are closed. My main complaint was that the food was $25-30/person. Ridiculous for a chain restaurant

We are very dissatisfied with the management of this establishment! My husband, daughter, now son-in-law and myself recently paid to have them cater a wedding. We were told in the meeting that they would provide tea, sweet tea and lemonade for our wedding reception. They told us that soda would be an additional charge which was fine. We did not need soda.

Two older dudes that clearly didn’t want to be there, just went through the motions. One dude kept coming down to sit and watch the game until a customer came in.

Update: lowered my rating. Apparently Rick doesn’t work there anymore. The welcoming vibe was gone. The food was ok this time. They were out of items like jalapeno sausage and sweet tea which was disappointing.

Maybe not the best BBQ in town, and maybe not the best priced… However, our service was top notch, and that made for an awesome visit. Our impromptu Easter stop ended up pretty awesome. They were caring enough that I made them write their names down. Cell & Aydn we’re working and ran the place probably just as good as the owners would. They did so good, my 10 year old daughter demanded that I leave them a great review

Was craving one of my local BBQ faves but it was Sunday and it’s almost impossible to eat local on Sundays here. Fortunately, Dickie’s was open. Very friendly and efficient staff and the food was very good and allowed me to get my BBQ fix. I got the poultry plate and both the chicken and turkey was very tender and flavorful. Their sweet BBQ sauce topped off a great meal!

Tried to place an online order and my card had a hold put on it for some reason and it is not my bank everybody always says that I tried to contact Dickie customer service which was closed I tried to ask the restaurant for their advice they had no idea what I was talking about so I had to walk over in the cold after a long hard day and get the food myself I was going to spend $40 to meet the minimum requirement but since I walked over there to get it I only had to spend the $11 necessary so I guess they really lost out. No it was not my bank
