Poor quality of service and food.

Arrived around 10am on a Sunday morning. It wasn’t busy and most customers were already in receipt of their meal. I waited for 10 minutes before a server came to my table. Placed my order and waited a while before going to the bathroom to wash my hands. When I returned, food was at my table. My plain dry white toast was covered in butter. The steak was too salty to consume. Perhaps this was an isolated occurrence, but not a positive experience. Grits and scrambled eggs were just fine.
This was not my first time dining at this particular location. In the past, customer service and food has been on par with expected standard.

This was my first time ever coming to a Waffle House! It was the best experience and the best damn pecan waffle I’ve ever tasted! The waitress and I had a laugh about the pronunciation of “pecan”. Staff was friendly and very welcoming. Will be coming back to this location when I visit down south.

Some of the staff at Waffle House just need some custom service training. Just simple things like greeting the customer after waiting for about 10 minutes and not get an attitude with the customer for asking can somebody take our order (we was skipped over twice). Come to find out..the worker wanted to eat their breakfast. Communication is key!

I’m from the UK, and despite vacationing all over America I’d never been to Waffle House until this trip. Whilst driving from Jackson to Biloxi we pulled into this location, and honestly could not have picked a better one for our first Waffle House experience. The food was basic, but great (and had me loving grits which I had never tried before) but it was the staff at this location who were all amazing that truly made this a great visit. Thank you to you all for your kind hospitality and genuine conversation.

This was the best waffle house I’ve been to so far. I am so amazed by the service. I got my order in a short amount of time. I got the pork chop meal and I am glad I chose it. It came with two pork chops, salad (which can be substituted for another choice) , hash browns, and a piece of toast. The food was perfect. It was warm and was cooked right. The manager was the one that served us and she was so nice and was active. I recommend this waffle house in Magee
