Overall a great place to eat the staff is always very friendly and very attentive to all the customers except for today was way off my food was prepared quickly but sat in the window for over 7 minutes to get cold the food was a little under done and the waitress took care of several of customers and grabbed her phone and went on break leaving the bar and restaurant unattended for approximately 10 minutes now my glass was empty for a couple of minutes before the server left and then it took a few minutes for her to check on me when she came back inside and if I get service like this again I will not be back for sure

Biscuits and gravy are fantastic. Great size and great portions. The chicken wings are decent sized good… can use more sauces. Maybe slow on Sundays after church. But always a friendly atmosphere love To go there for a quick bite.

bought two bacon cheeseburgers fully loaded for 1850. No charge for lettuce, tomato mayonnaise, etc. I ordered a plain hamburger no bun for my dog that hamburger cost me eight dollars. What’s wrong with that picture I could’ve bought them a whole bacon cheeseburger for a dollar more I don’t think I’ll go back there anymore and the burger wasn’t that good either it was dry and hard. Normally I like their food but the lady there should’ve told me the difference that’s bad service in bad business.

Casey’s has a really nice atmosphere and the food they offered it is among the best when it comes to the restaurants found in shinston area. That being said, the food quality has gone down over the last 5 years. This is mostly due to the owner buying cheaper ingredients and making the menu selection rather small. Another big factor in me giving it only three stars is the price. Although they get poorer quality ingredients than they used to, they charge as though it is top of the line cuisine. Hoagies are on par with other restaurants I suppose between eight and ten dollars, but if you were to want, say, a side of ranch, it is a $1.50 for an amount not even sufficient for one serving of fries. The most ridiculous part of this is that they make their own ranch by the gallon and a gallon cost in less than $5 to make.
Staff here on the other hand are quite friendly, for the most part. They smile, are sociable, and tend to the customer’s quickly and efficiently. But there are one or two that are quite the opposite. These ones can usually be found having conversations with one particular customer while ignoring the rest or on their phones, and they act like you’re impeding upon their free time if you ask them for something.

Coming from out of town. The service was wonderful, everything clean, and food was great! We had a veggie sub they made by request, tater tots with ranch, 1/2 pound burger with cheese, and waffle fries. Flavor was great and everything came out hot and fresh. I would go back if in the area again!
