Totally Compton
The only good customer service at this McDonald’s is Glenn at the cash register. The only reason they have a one star. Ordered two combo meals for breakfast here. Slow service when it comes to serving food to customers who are inside waiting to get there to go orders. It took over twenty five minutes. What makes this even worse, is that order after order was coming out of the kitchen and we never got ours. To be clear we didn’t order anything special. When we finally did get our order, they screwed up my sausage egg and cheese biscuit by putting it on a bagel instead of a biscuit. Then my father’s steak egg and cheese biscuit seemed to be forever cooking back in the kitchen. The manager I believe told us that it takes a while for the steak to cook. Meanwhile they were serving steak egg and cheese biscuits to a couple that came in after us.
This McDonald’s really needs to be looked at when it comes to the people who are running the kitchen! Unacceptable!!! Thanks for wasting twenty five minutes of our time and we left with a refund and no breakfast!

Not sure why but they never have anything in stock. Its fast food place, alwasy giving excuses of running out of things, and needing to make. Wait times are ridiculious, plus not to mention nasty attidue by some older white lady that works there. Your a manager, shuld know how to manage your workers. Lazy, pathetic excuse of managment. Should be replaced by robots/machines.

Literally got a cup of coke in the drive thru covered in soda, asked for a new cup and then guy said “I’ll just wipe it off for you” and I said “can I please have a new one? This is covered in soda and it’s sticky.” And he gave me a look and thought I couldn’t see him, but literally leaned over, wiped the same cup off, ADDED MORE ICE didn’t give me anymore coke for the bit he poured out, and then purposely handed it to me. This was 6:05 in the drive thru and it was the heavy set male working the drive thru. Don’t do this for a living if you can’t do it with integrity.

No wonder this place has a 3.4 rating…I can’t believe it’s that high. Stood at the register for 11 minutes, at NO time did anyone acknowledge me or said ” be right with you.” I might as well been invisible. I can see why McDonald’s is closing stores. This one should be next…

I usually come to this McDonald’s and have never had this type of experience. I had a late night online order so the drive through was the only option, only for no worker to take my order number. After waiting some time at the mic and circling the building and double checking if they were I open, I just cancelled my order. Very disappointing.

to start i work at another mcdonalds location and know what standards should be getting met. underfilled fries that didnt have any salt on them. snackwrap was on the bottom of the bag being smushed by a nugget box and the rest of my food. waited probably 5-6 minutes in the drive through also.

I just spent almost $50 on the sharable meals and a few other things. We opened the Big Mac box and it was not a Big Mac in it. It looked like a double cheeseburger. Then the other one literally had a half eaten burger patty on it. I swear it was literally half eaten!

I got your caramel coffee with extra shot of espresso I love it I love it my daughter got a double cheeseburger meal with a sweet tea we loved it what made it so good we got to eat together we don’t get to do that very often anymore I forgot to take photos

The only thing worse than their customer service is their ability to follow instructions. VERY rude and could hear them complaining in the back about how a customer wanted their fries crispy. I thought that’s how they’re supposed to be anyway but apparently that’s a big ask for this staff. I ordered to-go via the kiosk and the guy tossed my bag on the counter without saying a word and just walked away. Never coming back

It’s so sad when you bite into a burger and it’s so cold that the cheese hasn’t even melted. The fries are soggy. But the Coke was good.
