Driven by here for years …. Reminds me of the old-time pizzerias ….. This place does a good carryout business too …. Very helpful wait staff ….. I ordered the combo lasagna and chicken ….. It came with a very fresh crunchy salad, green beans and a side of spaghetti ….. And a basket of tasty bread sticks to …. A lot of food for the money …. You have to try their tasty cannolis …. I have been going to this restaurant for over 30 years and never have I had such bad service. I took my neighbor there for her birthday two days ago and I was shocked and very disappointed in the service. It was not busy (which is unusual), when the waitress finally came to the table she had to leave because she didn’t have any tickets to write on. It took a bit but she returned, took our order and walked away. I tried calling her back because she never took our drink order but she just kept going. When she went to the table next to us I had to call her three times to get her to come and take our drink order. She offered no apology for not taking it to begin with. It was like she couldn’t get away from our table quick enough. She returned only once during the time we ate shortly after bringing our meal, it would have been nice to have another drink but apparently that was too much to ask. When it appeared we were done she returned asking if we wanted boxes. I ordered a dessert to go, she brought the dessert, the boxes for our food and bag to put them and left the check. I went up to the cash register and asked for the manager. I explained just as I have above of our experience and his response was, “Oh? Let me see your check, ah, okay I’ll speak with her, I’m sorry.” The only bright side to the whole evening was the food was great. I expect and appreciate good service when I go out, I will have to really consider if I want to continue to eat here.

There is absolutely NO pizza which matches the taste and quality of DeLucas! Beyond their famous pies, is an extensive menu of wonderful, homemade Italian meals, and very reasonable prices. They are an old-school family restaurant which has demonstrated the test of time, providing great quality food every time!

Love this place! We’re from Grand Rapids, daughter lives close to this restaurant, we drove by and stopped because parking lot looked busy, have gone twice since! Really good food, awesome portions, great n friendly service! We’ll be back!

I liked the ambient and the food. The staff was friendly as well. Their pizza was delicious as so was their spicy mushroom and Alfredo Ravioli (not sure I remember the name exactly lol). Their bread is delicious as well. This place is ideal for couples or families. Will definitely return.

Ths food was good but my only thing was that the ranch dressing tasted funny, like it was out of a bottle and not homemade. It kind of grossed me out. House salad was lackluster. Spaghetti and meatballs was delicious as well as their pizza. Service was okay, server was not super friendly. Reasonable prices.

i only add a one star because i didn’t enjoy the food and the customer service wasn’t the best either. It was my first time trying this place out, ordered garlic sticks and a small pepperoni pizza. It barely had pepperoni on it and it was thin, tasted fine, nothing special- shouldn’t cost $13 whenLittle Caesar’s taste better, at least i can get a large with crazy bread included there lol. I ordered garlic sticks which tasted like bread, no garlic, nothing. I asked for sauce upon walking in because there was no sauce option on doordash, was told “you have to pay for that” in front of all the customers and that i was supposed to add it to my order on doordash, as if i’m in there for freebies. Firstly it’s ridiculous to sell garlic sticks without at least marinara, and I’ve never been to a place thats crazy busy yet lacking enough generosity to just give me sauce when i’m holding what felt like a tower of food while i was on the phone. Of course i put everything in the car, came back in to wait in line while my fresh food just sat there, all to pay for the sauce. I’m not angry, but i won’t be back.

We had a luncheon for my family after a funeral. We had two waitresses. One was wonderful and kind, the other was absolutely horrible. One of our guests got up to ask her if she could bring out some ranch to our table when she had a moment, since she was sitting at the bar not doing anything. The waitress fired back at her “the pizza isn’t even out yet why do you need ranch” in a super condescending tone. Then when they were bringing the pizzas around to our tables, the waitress approached us and very rudely shoved her way between my sister and I and yelled “move the water” (we didn’t realize it was too close to the pizza stand so you couldn’t set the pizza down). Not a please, or a thank you or anything. She never smiled once, never checked to see if anyone needed anything. I’m sorry but in a time where my entire family was mourning the loss of a loved one who we had just buried an hour earlier, the last thing we wanted is a server being rude to everyone there. I would never recommend this place to anyone .
