Great little spot in East Lawrence. Ample free parking, funky baristas, and oodles of personality! Also great outdoor porch to chill on. Support this great local business and help it stick around. Loved the atmosphere and the people were super helpful. Great for coffee snobs and new kids alike. Seating was plentiful and tables were roomy; perfect space for meetings, studying, or just a quick coffee. Plants around the shop and plentiful sunshine added to the vibes. Definitely recommend it!

One of my favorite coffee places in Lawrence! Amazing coffee and baked goods, and it’s in a really cool old building. If you go to Decade you have to go right next door to Jungle House, a shop specializing in both common and exotic houseplants!

I always see Decade being one of the best coffee shops in Lawrence. I finally decided to try it and was a bit disappointed. I love the building, the atmosphere, etc but I wasn’t super impressed with the coffee. I got a shaken l espresso and a cold brew. The cold brew was 4/5, but the espresso had a lot of coarse grounds in the bottom. I’m a big fan of some fines, but this was crunchy and I didn’t even finish all of the drink.

Reviving an old building into a nice gathering place for engaging conversations, it is LGBTQ friendly, and uses products and decor made from recycled and sustainable materials. Amazing coffee, adorable location, and their menu is superb. Their in house syrups make every coffee luxurious. To be frank, I always go to Decade for the cider toast. I know you’ll say, “But it’s just toast.” You don’t understand…. This toast is nectar from the gods. Just order it and thank me, okay?

Great cafe. Lots of seating inside and a nice patio outside that faces a plant nursery. They have a large parking lot which can’t be said for a lot of other Lawrence cafes. I’ll definitely be back!
