8 dollars for a bowl of soup. Over 20 dollars for the group soup. The food is good but the prices are an absolute ripoff. Go to Jersey Mike’s and get a real sandwich!! Picture enclosed of a 20 dollar group soup.

Panera Bread is the definition of shrinkflation. I spent $15 on a small bowl of mac & cheese ($7.19) and a cup of soup ($6.99) – with water to drink. Both items barely filled half the bowl. I definitely feel cheated. It’s hard enough to accept the raised prices but giving less food while charging more will keep me from coming back. Wouldn’t recommend.

This is why I only choose Panera as a last resort. I asked for extra greens and it seems they did the opposite. Huge gaps of space between top and where the actual lettuce started. I made the mistake of tipping them too. Ugh!

Can’t say enough good things about this place, food is delicious, always fresh and hot, staff are always polite, its always quiet enough for small groups and has plenty of seating. Panera is a personal fave. My only issue is they do tend to run out of bagels by afternoon, and I like to go for dinner, so if you want bagels go early. Don’t get the tomato soup if you want it to be creamy, last time I had it it was not. Their mac n cheese is the best by far.

Went at the peak lunch hour (noon to 1pm). Line to order was long. Cashier very friendly. Got a pager. Pick up time was slow and some people had their name called, some their pager number and some got paged. A little confusing for both the guest and employees. My Thai Chicken was excellent, but my Turkey Avocado BLT was missing the Avocado. The sandwich was also just average- nothing that would make it stick out. I will chalk it up to it being lunch and very busy. I will come back when it’s not so busy.

The self pay scanners were not taking payments from numerous customers, myself included, and we informed the employees at the counter. They did not care or apologize. Even knowing this issue, they continued to direct incoming customers to the kiosks. Additionally, my Steak and White Cheddar sandwich was all bread and hardly any meat, nothing like the pictures.

Have not visited in awhile because of bad service. Well no better. Cashier not friendly, 2 people $33.00, no veterans discount, croissant not fresh, complained to Mgr to no avail. Go somewhere else for Grilled cheese chicken sandwich with soup next time.

Food was okay, not busy and restraunt is as disgusting as last time. Dust and grease all throughout dining room. Flies all over salad prep area and an employee eating behind the counter where their prepping food. Nasty location, has not improved at all in the last year. I wish they would get new management or a new location with better ownership.
