Ordered online and it was ready quickly. Wild rice soup was DELICIOUS!! Rest of the experience left much to be desired…
Grabbed the seasonal Strawberry Poppyseed Salad and added avocado for 80 cents. The salad was okay. The pineapple was sheerly sliced and the expensive added avocado was unripe and, at most, a 1/4 of an avocado. Save your money on both. The “80 calorie” apple was one of the mini ones you buy for small children’s lunches, not the size you get at every other Panera.
Hazelnut coffee ☕️ was lukewarm and bitter and they only had half and half out. A diligent worker (who was cleaning the bakery and dining room) was very friendly and quick when I asked for almond milk. The decaf was hot.
It was quiet, which was nice, but dark and cooold. Looked to eat outside to warm up… they have tables with beat up chairs and no umbrellas, shade, or plants. It felt more like someone threw some old furniture on a sidewalk.
There are other Paneras nearby… I’ll make the effort to go to a different one next time.

Went there to get a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup. One of the workers was in the lobby area with a drink in his hand where he saw me and instantly came up to take my order. He was very polite the food was so good! I definitely will be coming back. Also I didn’t have to wait long for my food either.

Came to get a french dipper because I just had one a few weeks ago and was craving it again. I didn’t see it on the menu so I asked if they still had it. The guy taking my order told me they still had it, so I ordered a whole one. Paid $28 for a whole sandwich and a bowl of mac and cheese for my boyfriend. My sandwich comes out and there’s no dip with it. My boyfriend went to the counter to tell them we were missing the dip, where they tell him they don’t have the french dipper anymore and they gave me something different. I also only got half of the sandwich after paying for a full. So they didn’t even inform me that they were giving me a different sandwich and I didn’t get the right portion amount. This was my first time coming here and I’m definitely never coming back.

Love this place! It is the first time I tried the bagels and they are soooo good! Also I tried the hot chocolate, and I like the fact that when I told them I wanted almond milk, they asked if they should remove the whipped cream; there food it is a good place to go if you are lactose intolerant or you have any diet restrictions.

Went at the peak lunch hour (noon to 1pm). Line to order was long. Cashier very friendly. Got a pager. Pick up time was slow and some people had their name called, some their pager number and some got paged. A little confusing for both the guest and employees. My Thai Chicken was excellent, but my Turkey Avocado BLT was missing the Avocado. The sandwich was also just average- nothing that would make it stick out. I will chalk it up to it being lunch and very busy. I will come back when it’s not so busy.

The manager is very rude, I told her that my sandwich was dirty because the oven is not cleaned. She refused to change it, she says that it comes out of the oven, I told her that she will change it for me, I also mentioned that the broccoli soup was very liquid as if it were water and she said that the soup is never the same consistency that it always changes. She agreed to change my sandwich but she said it angrily and she threw it in the trash and she was also talking and complaining to her colleagues.

Panera Bread has the best Broccoli Cheddar soap ever.
They will also still make me my favorite sandwich with Asiago Cheese bread even though it’s no longer on the menu (Sierra Turkey is the sandwich )
They also have a large selection of drinks including green tea, and a bunch of lemonade varieties.
My wife did mention that the women’s restroom was “Gross”. That usually means they were really bad
They still deserve the 5stars

We mobile ordered. We had to turn back around for the rest of our order. We get home and my sandwich has tomatoes on it. i’m allergic so i had to eat something else. My girlfriend ordered avocado on her sandwich and wasn’t given any. We paid an extra fee!! We will not be coming back.

During my visit I perceived the place as dirty and not clean and “organized” hence wasn’t the best experience. Coffee was not the warmest anymore. Would not go there anymore. Unfortunately was the only coffee place open in the area.
