Ubereats won’t let me rate my order, but the last three times I’ve ordered from here my sandwich has been burnt. Tonight I got one loaded with onions (when it was meant to be no onions) and without lettuce. Davinci’s used to be one of my favorite places, but their standards have gone way down. I won’t be ordering from them for awhile. Disappointing.

Not gonna lie……$17 + requested tip on a pick up order left a terrible taste in my mouth. I was like DANG! $17. What the heck did I order?¡?¡
Then when i asked, ” Is the staff paid server wages or more then the state minimum wage” (beacuse thats how I determine if I tip) The counter staff just stared at me like I was speaking German…..it was like they dont even know how tipping is supposed to function.
Probally not gonna buy from DaVincis for awhile and that’s a shame beacuse I love their Cheesstakes.

If I could give a 0 I would. Tried contacting corporate and they have yet to call me or email me or anything in general which is why I’m writing a review. We’ve been loyal customers for decades now and to think our business means nothing is sad. My mom just had a knee replacement and her request was a chicken cheesesteak after she got out the hospital, so I got her what was our favorite. I paid for two 12inch chicken cheesesteak and a quart of pop which is an online special, and the total was $43 after paying extra for extra chicken and extra cheese. Not only did the food come cold, but literally no extra chicken or extra cheese, literally not even whole pieces of chicken just shredded and what seemed to be all the last little bits left in the tin. I was so disappointed and upset because I paid extra to make sure it was done tonight liking. There literally was just bread and a couple bites of chicken. I called the store and they didn’t answer so I called the corporate number under the other reviews snd left a message and still no reply. I feel like I got scammed. And it’s even more sad because it was my moms first request for a meal at home after surgery just for her to be disappointed. Honestly just want my money back and although we have loved them and been customers since I was kid, I doubt I’ll ever order again. I attached photos below to show our so called double chicken double cheese chicken cheesesteak sandwiches looked. And again I can’t find the chicken, let alone extra or cheese. Just super safe and frustrating.

I ordered pizza here for the first time, thought I would try something different and it was horrible, it wasn’t cooked at all and made me and my kids sick, I tried to throw it back in the the oven because it was late and had to eat by then I just wanted my money back but they refused but offered to make another pizza a different day. I put an order with davinci’s late on a Friday night. They made a mistake and forgot something on the order. Which happens every where. But the gentleman that was working explained what happened apologize and made it right with getting us what was missed. He had such a great positive attitude. Made it a great mistake instead of a bigger problem. Food was still amazing like always.

We haven’t ordered from DaVinci’s in years. They enticed us back with half price large pizzas and we ordered takeout. We have since ordered multiple times and added pasta to our order (delicious) and extra toppings. Staff have been friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!
