After waitibf 30 mins I had to go find a waitor to take our order. Food arrived in average time. Great atmosphere for adults and chidren. Its the perfect place fora family outing. The machines were all in working order and the place was clean. The bathrooms were clean as well.

Game: usually standard arcade games. Found 2 games that were definitely rigged. First, skee ball : got 100 twice and score didn’t go up, also tried playing different machines, still the same thing. Second, Quik drop: got 40+ balls in the bucket, supposed to receive 40 tickets but only got 10 tickets. Called the staff over, they didn’t do much about it besides give us free game passes. The machines remain available.

Dave and Busters in Staten Island is an awesome place to take your kids and have fun. The food is served fresh and tasty. They serve drinks for the mommies and daddies too. The best part is lots and lots of fun and interactive games and playing them wins tickets that you can cash in for super prizes. I had a super fun time with my family. A/C helps keep you cool on the hot days, too.

Huge space and amazing array of video games which included my favorite, Guitar Hero. Some dave and busters took this game out but this one still has it. Selection of toys are limited compared to times squares and Brooklyn locations. Service was great. Waiters do a lot so be patient. Drinks are the best. Great bar space for watching sports as well. Menu very limited . Better food options inside food court of the mall.

No one seats you unless you stand by the desk that no is at … You then get seated and low-key wait like 15 minutes for any kind of recognition. We had a reservation from the moment we got in. Customer service was outstanding. Our server Kendra was the greatest. She assisted us with my twins’ birthday cake, our meals, drinks, and all. She went above and beyond to make our visit extremely memorable.

I order an order of chicken wings that comes with 8 received 7 wings. When I ask our waitress Aliyah she was absolutely no help , careless and another person brought our bill. My wife order a margarita and was a bit strong so she went to the bar and ask the bartender to add a bit more juice. Bartender proceeded to put full hand into the drink to remove lime. Customer at the bar looked at my wife shocked bartender did that, my wife returned to table left drink at the bar untouched. We told our useless waitress Aliyah what happened with the drink and the bartender decided to come to our table to question us on how to retrieve a lime from a drink. I told her that after touching everything around the bar the last thing I want to see in my drink is her full hand in my drink. She said she was wearing gloves as this will make a huge difference.
