Labor Day weekend. Dairy Queen is packed & it’s hard to find help. 2 poor young kids doing the best they can & customers mistreating them. Cheers to you both for putting up with this busy job & doing the best you can. I appreciate you both helping

It’s always only 1 employee working. You got to bang on the counter, scream hello, ring a bell to get service. Also I seen a roach crawling, flies and Nats be everywhere. This place need to do better. The service here is not great at all. I really hope corporate check their reviews. I will update the 1 star review once all issues at this location are fixed.

I have given this place MANY CHANCES….always waiting 30 mins or more for very simple orders patiently, BUT TODAY we made an order my husband and daughter got there’s and I watched 5 other people be served after us so I had to request a refund… honestly dairy queen franchise should be ashamed of the way this store is ran. Corporate definitely needs to step in!

Customer service is horrible. The blonde short guy looks absolutely disgusting dirty hands no care in the world they all look drugged out on something. young dark hair girl seemed not to care to even be there at all. And the fawl language is ridiculous that my young children could hear.The whole store was completely dark. The employees will be keeping me and my friends and family away from this place. They are a disgrace to this company. I’m absolutely appalled and will never return

Had a hankering for soft serve cone. It was great. The server was good, but he was the only one and there was a line.

The service was not good. It was the middle of the day on the weekend and all the lights were off but they were open. The employee behind the counter was very disinterested in helping customers. But, on the other hand the ice cream was good once we got past all if no we’re out of that too.

It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The girl took forever to get to register then she had to ask 5 or 6 times what we wanted on are chili dogs. Then come back up after being in back and asked us AGAIN WHAT WE WANTED..Then it took her forever to get it to us we order a combo that included a sundae and when she handed us are food after 30 minutes she told us when we get done eating she will make are sundaes then it took her 15 minutes.

I am an 18 year old black male that was coming from lake murray and we came here to get some food and icecream at 7:30, a younger caucasian female walked up as soon as we walked to the front and said that their wendys was on “break”. After that they out a sign up, but another kind customer in the wendies had informed us that they had taken the sign down for the other 3 caucasian males in line that werre currently ordering while we we were walking in, so instead we left and didnt cause any issues. I personally believe it was laziness and immaturity not racism but there was a concern amongst my family that it was a little racist the way she had emphasized that they were on break.

It tastes like Dairy Queen and I really wanted a Blizzard. They closed at 8 PM my first visit @ 8:15 PM and the next visit I had to wait for the server to come back from break. Just bad luck on my part. Also, they do not have burgers.
