theyve been getting so much wrong lately, one or two things are always messed up from our order, as if they don’t listen when youre speaking. the blizzards are somehow melted by the time they reach you in the drivethru and they don’t flip it upside down most of the time, probably because they know theyve been letting it sit and it will fall tf out if they do.

This restaurant used to be the place that everyone chose. But in the past few years it’s declining. The staff has a poor attitude and the food is terrible. I’ve had chicken strips that were undercooked and the burgers are cold before they had them to you in the drive through. And the fries always taste like they have been sitting since the night before. I do not recommend going here even if you’re looking to get something fast.

When dairy queen is the only fast food restaurant in your town with a drive thru you expect them to have good service and care. Their inside is closed so they only have the drive thru open. I expect them to get all the orders right because that’s their one job but no. Every single time my family and I go to dairy queen our orders are always and I mean always wrong. I would expect them to be on top of that since the inside part Is closed. Honestly I’m tired of the lack of care.
