While waiting on a pizza I witness a female worker handling pizza dough, she then answers the phone. After the phone call she goes right back to handling the pizza dough WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS!! How disgusting , many hands have answered that phone so whoever pizza she handled now has all those germs on it?! Please teach proper hand washing to your employees!!!

If I could give them no stars I would. It is unreal how terrible their pizza turns out every single time. Unfortunately this location is the only one for 20 miles. To have the ability to pick up This pizza without it separating and to cost twice as much then any other pizza is ridiculous!!! The crust is completely flat and hard as a rock. I could not be more disappointed. This store needs some serious help!!!!

If I could leave no stars I would. The employees working on 9/6/2025 between 9pm and 10 pm are rude and the customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a big order and something was missing. I attempted to call the store and I keep getting hung up on ill say hello and they just hang up in our face. I can’t even explain what the issue is . I called again and a gentleman answered I got out hey I placed an order and .. . Thats it they hung up again! This is absolutely ridiculous. Will never be ordering again from this store. Name on order was jo bald. Not thats really our name .

It’s Papa John’s but the pizzas are hit or miss at this store. Very little consistency. They regularly mess up the order too, which is inexcusable due to placing the order on the app. Delivery is rarely fast. Many times they will deliver an order or two before mine and then everything is room temp when it arrives. Last night I paid for a stuffed crust and they didn’t stuff it. They regularly forget the extra dipping cups that I pay for. That’s after their app almost makes you buy them by asking 16 times if you want a dipping sauce after each purchase. Get it together Fort So-so.

If I wanted a cheese pizza I’d have ordered a cheese pizza. But I didn’t. I ordered mine with several toppings of which I got little to none of.
4 pieces of chicken. 4/6 jalapeños. Literally one piece of pineapple?? And where’s the bacon????
And the center of the pizza wasn’t cooked – it was doughy. Guess I’ll check the ratings next time. Looks like this place has been struggling for a while and no one cares to correct it..

Terrible, order half cheese half chicken bbq Hawaiian pizza and boneless wings. And what we got a cheese pizza with bbq sauce and a quarter of chicken and bacon with some pineapple. Our boneless wings have bone on it. Try to called the store and they never pick up actually and automatically hang up. Called call center they not try to fix a problem just said we will have to talk to a store in the morning, but fun fact they not answer, just put us on hold and then hung up. Now have to find something else to eat tonight. Aww Just a rip-off.

We NEVER order Papa Johns but my husband agreed this evening and I’m thankful he did. I called to check our order because it still wasn’t being delivered after the time it said it would. The general manager took my call explaining that the were super short staffed and she IMMEDIATELY gave a credit (NOT my intent for calling AT ALL). The driver Jacob was SUPER NICE and the food was HOT and fresh! Well done team! Thank you!
