I’ve gone here before so I think this evening was a fluke. We ordered take out and I got the ginger shrimp based off a glowing google review. The shrimp were over cooked and the shell was tough to remove. One of the shrimp was ice cold. Overall, the shrimp didn’t taste fresh. I’m wondering if they were pre cooked and refrigerated and then warmed up in the sauce. I couldn’t finish it. The ginger flavor was absolutely delicious which was a plus. The pork in the summer roll tasted old too. Again, had to have been a fluke because I’ve had fresher tasting food from this establishment in the past.

Best food I have had in town, but also the best Vietnamese food I have ever had. The pho is amazing, but the Mongolian special was top tier. My wife loved the orange chicken and said it was now her favorite. Will be regulars.
