Always good food n customer service the problem with both stores on Dixie highway valley station n prp are you advertise open at 7………lies , sat at both waiting for you to open……states 7 nope got tired of waiting at one drove to the other again nope closed….. maybe 8????? . Surprise didn’t happen…… so post hours of operation and stuck to it!!!!!!! Tried again today!!!! There at 7 like posted….. closed….. now McDonald’s or Burger King gets ALL my business!!!!! Shame I like your food but you stink cause you are not a dependable!!!

I pulled to the drive through. She proceeded to tell me at the speaker that she didn’t have certain menu items, I told her I was picking up a mobile delivery order. She told me to pull around. When I got to the window, I seen one white girl and two or three black guys playing around and laughing loudly. I knew it was going to be a horrible experience. One of the black guys open the window and gave me a Dilly bar and a chocolate milk which was on the order. I’m still waiting for the rest of the order. I seen a white guy cleaning the drive through drink machine and then about 10 minutes later all the restaurant lights shut off. I was in total disbelief… I beeped my horn and the nicest one out of the whole horrible experience politely opened the window and asked me what I was waiting for. I hear the woman holler (talking about me) she is lying she has not been sitting there and she was the one I was speaking to on the speaker, she was laughing with the black guys when he ( the black guy) gave me the chocolate milk and the dilly bar. I lost it… She lied and her coworker knew she lied. That young man was absolutely remarkable, he displayed patience and compassion. The first caring food service worker I’ve seen in a while. Even the way he was cleaning caught my eye. He actually cared about his job! I felt so bad for him. I really did. While he worked hard to make the order passed closing! “She was running around acting like a “Karen!” I pray that one day he is the manager because he was the best!

I only rated this a one star because I had to. This was the worst experience I have had in a long time. I patiently waited in line for 20 minutes, ordered a salad, happily thanked THEM and told THEM to have a nice day, not the other way around, and after getting home, realized what they had thrown into a styrofoam box for my almost $9 salad were hamburger fixings…smfh DQ. You get nothing else from me, not even the one star I HAD to give (btw, I threw that trash where it belonged, in my garbage) ABSOLUTE GARBAGE

I’m not to crazy about the food here. Personally I don’t like the taste or the price. But when it comes to thier blizzards, that’s another story. My daughter and me stopped in the other night. They were packed inside and out. The poor guy on the cash register was new but doing the best he could.

I have never went to Dq and been so dissatisfied! I will not be going back to this location on Dixie again! The food was terrible my chicken strips were very dry not hot the french fries were crunchy they forgot to give me my blizzard and the customer service was terrible

0 stars if I could. This place is a nightmare, especially if you’re a dasher. The lobby is always locked and there is never a quick way to pick up orders. Customers who eat here also never tip. 0/10
